Study On The Outdoor Environment Optimization Strategy Of Old Residential Areas In Lanzhou Based On The Interaction Between The Old And The Young

With the development of economy,our country has entered the stage of stock planning,and the outdoor environment problems of old residential areas in cities have been paid more and more attention.The number of old residential areas is large,widely distributed,and the overall quality of the physical environment is poor,so the renovation of residential areas is imminent.In the residential area,the elderly and children are not negligible groups,they are the main users of the outdoor environment,the current situation of the residential environment restricts the actual needs of the old and young groups,from the perspective of the interaction between the old and the young,this paper makes relevant analysis and Research on the renovation of the outdoor environment of the residential area.Through reading a large number of literature,this paper grasps the current situation of residential research at home and abroad,analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and children,as well as the scale of the human body,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.Through the field survey of many old residential areas in Lanzhou,we can understand the overall situation of old residential areas.Three typical residential areas,Sanmao residential area,Changfeng Dongyuan residential area and Jinyan Garden residential area,are selected to analyze the current situation of architectural construction,public service facilities,road traffic,landscape greening,outdoor activity space and service facilities.It is found that there are many common problems that are not suitable for the outdoor activities of the elderly and children in the current residential areas:(1)the problem of mixed traffic between people and vehicles is serious,and there is a lack of pedestrian road system;(2)there are few public space,the space in front of the house is hardened,and the site is occupied by motor vehicles and non motor vehicles,and most of the space in the house is used as the ground parking lot,so the outdoor space activities of the elderly and children are limited;(3)there are many problems in the residential areas There is no good landscape greening system in the residential area,which is not conducive to the outdoor activities of the elderly and children;(4)the lack of fitness game facilities,rest facilities and lighting facilities in the residential area or the imperfect configuration can not create good outdoor activities conditions for the elderly and children.In addition,based on the investigation and analysis of the time,spatial distribution and activity characteristics of the elderly and children’s outdoor activities,questionnaires and on-site interviews were issued to grasp the subjective feelings of the elderly and children on the outdoor environment and tap the real needs of the elderly and children for the outdoor environment.According to the investigation and observation of six periods in the whole day,the interaction behavior between the old and the young can be divided into four types: taking and taking school,static nursing,walking and playing,and fitness games.Based on the analysis of the current situation of outdoor environment in Lanzhou City and the practical needs of the interaction between the old and the young,the optimization principles and objectives are proposed,and the design approaches are proposed from the aspects of accessibility,safety,complexity,interest and improving the utilization rate of outdoor environment in winter,starting from the design of residential space in front of the house,residential space,public activity space,dynamic traffic,static traffic and plant greening This paper puts forward optimization strategies for outdoor environment of old residential areas in Lanzhou City from the aspects of level construction,selection and configuration of plants,recreational facilities,fitness and game facilities,lighting facilities and other elements of outdoor environment.Finally,the typical problems of outdoor environment in the three selected typical residential areas are empirically designed to ensure the feasibility of relevant strategies.The concern for vulnerable groups is also an important embodiment of our society’s great stride towards civilization.At present,the old residential transformation work is in full swing,this paper provides a reference for residential renewal.
