Renewal Design Of Urban Square And Surrounding Environment Under The Concept Of Urban Double Repair

With the continuous development of social economy,China’s urban construction mode has shifted from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement,and residents’ requirements for the quality of urban living space environment have also been gradually improved.As an indispensable part of a city,the city square represents the image of a city.It is the living room of a city and an important outdoor public activity space for residents.Its functional quality has a profound impact on the image of a city and residents’ life.However,due to early urban square construction lack of reasonable planning and design,for the long-term development of city to consider,at the same time subject to the time of the economic conditions,design and management level,etc.,led to the subsequent use of it to keep up with the rhythm of the city development,gradually exposed many problems,some old square function can not meet the demand of the society,to the city’s image and residents use caused the bad influence,hindered the healthy development of the city.In order to create a good city image and create a comfortable outdoor space for residents,this paper takes the city square as the research object,analyzes the origin,development and evolution of the square,and makes clear the function,composition and mission of the square in the city.Through the investigation,it finds that most old city square has some problems in scale,environment,service facilities,cultural characteristics,space connection and other aspects.The city square is related to people’s livelihood.In order to solve this key problem,the paper tries to renew and transform the city square from the urban double repair work carried out by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.Through the analysis of the main factors affecting the renewal of urban square,determine the relationship between urban square and urban square,learn the work experience and methods of urban square related excellent cases,according to the guidance of urban square renewal design work strategy.Under the guidance of problems and goals,the old city square is renovated to solve various problems that hinder the healthy development of the city square.In order to verify the scientificity and validity of the urban square renewal design guided by the concept of urban double repair,the author chooses the familiar Anyang civic culture square for renewal and reconstruction.In the renewal design of the square,the author according to discover problems,analyze and solve problems,to square field investigation found that the problem for many times,from various angles in-depth analysis to the problem,and according to the design goal and positioning of the square,under the guidance of city double repair concept,on the basis of overall urban planning and other related standards,specifications,etc.,Renewal planning and design of the civic culture square.In the overall planning and design of the square,the square’s functional zoning,road traffic,green landscape and other aspects have been improved and adjusted.In the special design,for the purpose of highlighting the theme and shaping the characteristics,regional cultural elements are integrated into the design of pavement,landscape and service facilities,which greatly improves the overall quality of the square by increasing the quality and enriching the functions of the square landscape.In this paper,the empirical methods summarized by theoretical research and renewal design are expected to provide valuable reference for the renewal and reconstruction and planning of the same type of city square.
