Bridge construction has developed vigorously in the past few decades and has achieved world-renowned achievements in our country.However,as the pace of modernization continues to accelerate,the requirements for safe operation of bridges have continued to be strict,and the load level has continued to increase.As the environment deteriorates or the standards of the old bridges are too low,most of them have some safety problems,which has also promoted the continuous innovation and progress of bridge reinforcement technology.Based on the practical needs in the field of bridge reinforcement and the research status in the field of bridge reinforcement,it is of great significance to deeply study and analyze the bridge reinforcement and put forward new reinforcement methods or improve the original reinforcement methods.This article mainly conducts research from the following aspects:1.Summarize the current research status of the existing bridge superstructure reinforcement technology,and explain several typical tension side reinforcement methods,and compare their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,the concept of double-sided reinforcement is proposed,that is,the external prestressed reinforcement of the tension side of the bridge and the reinforcement of the compression side steel plate are implemented at the same time.2.Using the basic assumptions of the concrete structure analysis and the material constitutive relationship,Based on the limit equilibrium theory,the stress and strain of one side reinforced bridge and two side reinforced bridge are analyzed when they reach the ultimate bearing capacity,established the calculation theory of two side reinforced bridge.3.This double-sided reinforcement method requires anchoring steel plates on the compression side to cooperate with the compression zone concrete to participate in the force,and can produce better coordinated deformation.In this paper,the reinforcement steel plate is effectively combined with the original bridge by the way of bolt anchoring.For the feasibility of this way,the plexiglass model is used to test.Through the experiment,we have obtained a more reasonable bolt arrangement position by compared and optimized,and we analyzed The influence of the anchor hole on the bending performance of the original bridge and Suggested improvement measures4.Based on the joint finite element simulation of ANSYS and Hyper Mesh,the analysis models of original beam,bilateral strengthened beam and externally prestressed unilateral strengthened beam are established,and the drilling damage,hole wall extrusion and lifting effect under bilateral reinforcement are further compared and analyzed.Through the combination of theoretical analysis,model experiment and finite element analysis,the article finally perfects the theoretical correctness and practical feasibility of the double-sided reinforcement method.
