In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the railway industry,as an important puzzle for my country’s rapid economic development,has provided a solid foundation for realizing the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At the same time,with the rapid development of the railway industry and the increasing coverage of railway lines,more and more small and medium railway stations are located in remote mountainous areas at high altitudes,with fragile ecological environments and low coverage of supporting facilities.Energy cost is high and energy supply efficiency is low,which cannot well meet the actual energy demand of the station area.In this process,it is often accompanied by the adverse impact on the ecological environment caused by the excessive development of the energy demand of the station area.The ecological environment fragile areas where many small and medium-sized stations are located in the Sichuan-Tibet railway line planning is particularly obvious.Therefore,under the premise of ensuring the actual energy demand in the station area,seeking to rationally utilize the large amount of clean energy resources along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway not only reduces the energy supply cost of the station area to a certain extent,but also reduces the impact on the ecological environment during the station area operation.Pollution is of great significance to the establishment of sustainable green railways.In view of this,this article is based on the G1 method and an improved Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model,and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the special ecological environment conditions and available clean energy types in the small and medium-sized stations of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway Comprehensive evaluation index system for clean energy supply methods in small and medium stations on Sichuan-Tibet Railway.The G1 method is used to determine the subjective weight of the evaluation index,and the improved DEA model for evaluating fixed output is used to determine the objective weight.Through the method of subjective preference coefficient,the two subjective and objective weights are reasonably integrated to form a comprehensive weight of evaluation indicators.Finally,the efficiency index is used to measure the applicability of energy supply methods to small and medium-sized stations.First of all,starting from two dimensions,longitudinal analysis draws out which indicators need to be assessed for the application of clean energy supply in the small and medium-sized stations of Sichuan-Tibet Railway,and build a clean energy supply indicator system that meets the demand.At the same time,a horizontal comparison is made on the applicability of the selected clean energy supply methods to the applicability of the small and medium-sized stations on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.By combining two sets of evaluation index systems,the applicability of each clean energy supply method to the small and medium-sized stations of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is considered from two dimensions,and the accuracy of the small and medium-sized stations of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway in choosing their own clean energy supply methods is improved.Secondly,the G1 method is introduced to subjectively weight the relative importance of each evaluation index;the DEA model that improves the evaluation of fixed output is introduced,which constructs the virtual optimal decision-making unit and the virtual worst decision-making unit,and at the same time Increase the restriction conditions for the virtual optimal decision-making unit,so that when its efficiency index is the highest,the goal of the lowest efficiency index of the worst decision-making unit is achieved.That is to maximize the expected output,and achieve the goal of the worst decision-making unit,that is,the minimum undesired output efficiency index;introduce the subjective preference coefficient,and rationally integrate the two subjective and objective weighting methods.While fully highlighting the subjective preferences of decision makers and the role of important indicators,the final evaluation results are more in line with engineering reality.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model for the energy supply mode of the Sichuan-Tibet railway middle and small station area based on the G1 method and the improved DEA model is formed,and the model is solved by MATLAB software.Finally,select engineering examples and use the evaluation model of energy supply mode in the Sichuan-Tibet railway middle and small station area constructed in this paper to conduct application research,which verifies the applicability of the designed evaluation index and the scientific rationality of the evaluation model.It provides theoretical support and practical ideas for choosing a highly applicable clean energy supply method for the small and medium-sized stations of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.
