| The departure frequency and stop strategy of urban rail transit trains are important means to balance passenger flow demand and the supply of transportation resources in the urban rail transit plan. They are also key indicators that reflect the service efficiency and service quality of transportation companies. With the expansion of urban rail transit lines and the dynamic and diversified travel demand of passengers, the passenger flow is uneven in time and space distribution, and the dynamic and diversified passenger flow demand makes the supply of transportation companies also dynamic and diversified. In order to meet the needs of dynamic and diverse passenger flow and realize the rational allocation of urban rail transit capacity resources,it is necessary to optimize the frequency of rail transit trains and the stop strategy under the condition that the transit plan and marshalling plan are determined. This paper takes the departure frequency and stop strategy of urban rail transit as the research object, constructs an optimization model, and takes Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as a case study, optimizes its departure frequency and stop strategy, and compares and optimizes it.The scheme and the existing stop-stop scheme show the effectiveness of the model in this paper. The paper mainly launched the research from the following aspects.(1)The background of the topic is analyzed in terms of the energy consumption of the station stops and the time-space imbalance characteristics of passenger flow, and the importance of optimizing the stop strategy and departure frequency of the train is put forward. The literature on stop strategy and departure frequency optimization at home and abroad was sorted out,and the reference value provided by the existing literature in the research methods, model consideration factors, algorithm design and model solution were pointed out, which laid the foundation for the research of this article.(2)Analyzed the problems of the frequency of urban rail transit trains and the train stop strategy.Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors of the frequency of urban rail transit from the aspects of safety factors, service levels, operating costs, and travel plans.Secondly, based on the perspective of passengers and operating companies, the contradiction between train departure frequency and the relationship between the two is explained, and the necessity of coordinating the departure frequency of urban rail transit is pointed out.Thirdly, the types of common stop schemes are introduced, and the characteristics of each stop scheme are analyzed at the same time.Thirdly, the characteristics of urban rail transit passenger flow are analyzed, and based on this, the operation organization method under different passenger flow distribution is introduced.(3)The optimization model and algorithm of urban rail transit frequency and stop strategy are studied. This article is based on the background that all trains depart at the same interval evenly within one hour of OD demand,in order to optimize train departure frequency and stop strategy,so that trains can reduce the number of train stops as much as possible while meeting passenger travel demands.Reduce the energy consumption of trains.According to this goal, based on the introduction of passenger travel characteristics and train operation characteristics, with train stop location and departure interval as decision variables,an optimized departure frequency was constructed from three aspects: passenger travel characteristics, train operation characteristics and passenger travel time. And the basic model of the stop strategy, the objective function of the passenger’s total travel time is minimized, and a genetic algorithm to solve this model is designed.(4)Using the established optimization model, taking Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 single direction(Chenguanying Station-Donggang Station)as a case, the stop strategy and departure frequency of the line under the demand of one hour OD passenger flow are solved. The optimized departure frequency is 12 trains/h.Each train is different from other trains. All 12 trains hopped 24 times in one hour. Each time the train does not stop at the station,it will directly reduce the number of trains in the station. The stopping time of this station reduces the additional time for starting and stopping, and at the same time reduces the energy consumption of the train due to braking and starting at the station. The case results show that:when the same departure interval is 300 seconds, the optimized parking plan in this paper reduces the total travel time by 8.50% and the total on-vehicle time by 11.32% compared with the traditional stop-and-stop solution, and the optimized parking The total waiting time of the station plan is 15.50% longer than that of the traditional station stop and stop strategy.Through the comparison of indicators,it can be seen that,on the whole, the optimized stop strategy reduces the number of train stops, reduces the energy consumption of train braking and starting, reduces the total travel time of passengers, and optimizes the frequency of departure and stops. The plan is effective.
