| With the development of national economy and the progress of science and technology,the application of BIM Technology in the field of bridge in China is becoming more and more mature,and the number of successful cases is increasing.In this paper,the application of BIM Technology Combined with special bridge types such as composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs will be studyed.Based on the BIM core modeling software Revit,the function area of the software is expanded through secondary development,and the modeling plate of composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is formed.Then,the application of BIM Technology in this kind of bridge is realized by using the developed bridge modeling plate,and the data conversion between the large-scale general finite element software and the Revit software is preliminarily explored and studied.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the basic concept of BIM Technology,and combs briefly and explains several characteristics of BIM Technology.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several BIM core modeling software commonly used in several foreign platforms.This paper expounds the specific application and advantages of BIM Technology in each stage of bridge engineering project life cycle,and expounds the integrated application of BIM Technology and several common new technologies.(2)Taking the core modeling software,Revit 2018,as the basic platform of secondary development,C # language is selected as the development programming language In Visual Studio 2019,we will write the code program to create the tab page,the upper structure panel,the lower structure panel,the auxiliary structure panel,the support system panel,the other component panel,and the specific control and list elements in each panel,as well as the related external commands and build the storage path,task prompt dialog box,etc.By debugging the program,the Bridge Model Building.dll and the corresponding addin file is written manually Bridge Model Building.dll Files and addin files are stored under the specified path of Revit 2018.Finally,by running Revit and loading the Bridge Model Building.dll File to complete the expansion of the function area of the Revit software and form the modeling plate of the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.By using the modeling plate,the rapid modeling of the same type of bridge of the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs can be realized.(3)The developed modeling tab of composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is used to create the Revit model of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs with a span of 30 meters,and the grid generation of concrete roof and steel webs is assisted by array tool and UV grid generation tool.Then,the C # language is used to compile the program to extract the geometric parameters of the corrugated steel webs steel box-concrete composite box girder bridge in visual studio,and the window program is used to output the extracted information to the APDL command stream recognizable by ANSYS,and debug to generate the bridge model of the corrugated steel webs steel box-concrete composite box girder bridge ANSYS.dll Documents.The plug-in is loaded by the external plug-in loading tool addinmanager in the software of Revit to complete the output of command stream text file of geometric information of the corrugated steel webs steel box-concrete composite box girder bridge.Based on the command flow,the finite element model of the corrugated steel webs steel box-concrete composite box girder bridge is established in ANSYS.At the same time,the finite element model of ordinary reinforced concrete girder with the same span,width and number of diaphragms is established.Then,the mechanical properties of the two kinds of beams under the condition of simply supported are preliminarily explored and compared from the aspects of statics and dynamics.(4)Taking a three span PC box girder bridge with variable cross-section corrugated steel webs of the main bridge of New bridge in Nanxun District of Huzhou City as the engineering background,using the modeling tab of composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,the whole bridge BIM model,4D construction simulation bridge Revit model and animation roaming bridge Revit model are established respectively.Based on the above three models,this paper studies the practical application of BIM Technology in 4D construction schedule simulation,steel bar collision inspection,animation roaming,engineering quantity statistics and so on. |
