Along with the social economy and the rapid development of e-commerce,the warehouse with the integrated service mode to become the mainstream of modern circulation,warehouse with the integration of enterprises in urban distribution is playing an increasingly important role,this kind of service model to coordinate warehouse sorting and warehouse distribution outside the multiple logistics links,can satisfy different customer’s small batch,high frequency of city distribution requirements.In order to reduce their own production costs,more and more brands,retailers and e-commerce enterprises are actively seeking cooperation with warehouse distribution integration enterprises.How to provide customers with professional warehouse management and efficient distribution services is an urgent problem to be solved in warehouse distribution integration enterprises.The traditional vehicle routing problem mainly studies the route planning of the vehicle,which does not involve the connection between the vehicle distribution link and other links.However,the vehicle routing planning under the mode of warehouse allocation and integration can effectively reduce the overall operation cost of the enterprise.Based on vehicle routing to review,on the basis of the studies on the use of intelligent algorithm will order picking and the cohesion between vehicle distribution process as the research object,research to the electric car as the main carrying tools,in a case,with delivery time window needs to warehouse with the integration of corporate planning of professional warehouse management and efficient distribution services implementation strategy to provide theoretical support.Firstly,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of order batch and vehicle distribution route of urban warehousing and distribution enterprises,and on this basis,the research technical route is designed.Secondly,the basic knowledge of warehouse allocation integration theory,intelligent algorithm,order batch and vehicle route joint scheduling are analyzed and studied.A mathematical model was established based on the time relationship between the order batch problem and the vehicle routing problem.In order to control the distribution cost,the model transformed the charging cost,vehicle fixed cost,running cost and penalty cost of the distribution vehicle into constraint conditions.Then,the adaptive large-scale neighborhood search algorithm is extended as the main algorithm for solving the joint scheduling problem,and the K-means clustering algorithm is used to improve it,so that the vehicle routing scheme solved by the algorithm can reduce the situation that multiple vehicles are stuck in the congested area.Finally,the paper designs examples to test the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.One is a standard example of vehicle routing problem with specific demand information added,and the other is the actual order data received by an integrated warehouse distribution enterprise in Lanzhou within a period of time.According to the verification results of the paper,when the time window limit is reasonable,compared with the sequential solution method,the algorithm in this paper can obtain a better order batch and vehicle path planning scheme,which can effectively reduce the delayed delivery time of the order.In the actual example experiment,compared with the same-day delivery scheme of the enterprise,the vehicle delivery scheme provided in this paper can shorten the delivery delay time of orders by 15.16%,significantly enhance the internal and external cooperation ability of the enterprise,and effectively reduce its comprehensive cost.The mathematical model of warehouse distribution integration and the solving algorithm used in this paper provide a correct and feasible theoretical algorithm for this type of enterprises and have certain practical value.
