Research On Protection And Repair Technology Of Oncient Architecture

Since the ancient times is the way to the western region in gansu province and traffic arteries and the communication between Chinese and western culture more than trade road meet,here gathered a lot of people,of all ethnic groups because of religion,culture is different,its aesthetic,production technology and etiquette rules is also different,and between ethnic cultural fusion,the combination of architectural form sent all sorts of change,show a very rich form.In order to effectively and systematically study and summarize the traditional repair technology of ancient buildings,this paper takes jingning Mosque’s ancient building protection and repair project as a case study,focusing on the four repair technology points of Jingning Mosque’s ancient building from the aspects of wooden frame,roof,wall,foundation and platform:(1)In the platform base repair technology,elaborated the jingning mosque platform line setting technology and so on content.In the renovation of tstomp,the scale requirements of tstomp production should conform to the provisions of ancient architectural scale in China,and the methods of positioning,jointing and grouting during installation are elaborated in detail.(2)In the wood frame repair technology,firstly elaborated the reliability appraisal method of wood frame,repair proposal of wood frame,and integral restoration rectification technology of "Wallace Justice" of wood frame.Among them,"horizontal jacking" and "horizontal tensioning" technology,by setting a certain rigid support frame and using jacks and cable devices,adjust the tilt Angle of the wooden frame,so that the wooden frame is restored to its original position.This technology is fast and convenient to operate,free from site constraints,and has a good reset effect.It is often used in ancient buildings with one or two storeys.(3)In the wall repair technology,inspection and identification of the damaged loose blue brick,the use of hand or fine steel bars to the wall for inspection,such as brick and mortar into powder,can be easily peeled as crisp alkali,crisp loose.When taking restoration measures,different restoration schemes should be formulated according to the location,depth,size and other factors such as the position,depth and size of the pulverized and caustic soda brick,such as the use of restoration brick powder,old brick veneer,selective replacement,etc.In view of the cracking of the wall,the method of dismantling the wall and remasonry was adopted.After the cracked wall is removed,the foundation is first strengthened by replacing the lime soil in the form of plum pile,and then the wall is laid again.(4)In the roof repair technology,in order to solve the problem of rain leakage in many parts of the roof,the technological process of the tarpaulin is elaborated in detail: plastering the guard plate ash → plastering the back → plastering the back →hanging the shoulder → airing the back.The construction level of roof repair is clarified,including round rafter,flying rafter,repair technology of the back layer of the wood base,weeding of the roof tile surface,ashes of the tile seam,adhesive filling,replacement of tiles,drainage gutter and other repair technology.The repair technology adopted by Jingning Mosque in the process of protection and repair should first solve the major safety hazards existing in the building safety,then repair the damaged components,and follow the basic principle of "do not change the original state of cultural relics",so as to avoid the occurrence of new damage to the historic buildings caused by repair.
