The number of vehicles has grown exponentially as society has advanced,and a multitude of traffic concerns,such as road congestion,have become more prevalent.This serious traffic issues must be addressed immediately,but the current methods only address the signs rather than the root cause.The emergence of intelligent transportation system can help solve some problems in the road traffic system.Road traffic flow assessment is the most relevant technology for implementing smart transport networks.The aim of traffic flow prediction is to forecast traffic data in a given time period based on previously collected data.Accurate real-time traffic movement forecasting will offer insights to road users to help them refine their travel schedules and save money.Reasonable traffic calmering measures to alleviate road congestion can be taken by related administrative departments on the basis of the road forecast survey.As short-term traffic flow projections are increasingly common,there is continuous development of new traffic flow prediction approaches.As compared to urban roads,expressway traffic flow is more vulnerable to bad weather,especially in rainy and snowy conditions.Because of the closed road environment and not affected by the transverse intersection,the highway gets on the bus faster and the traffic flow is stable.But the closed highway operation environment is vulnerable to adverse weather,in the rain and snow weather,the highway pavement is wet and slippery,which will seriously affect the speed of traffic flow,so it will have a great impact on the whole closed highway environment traffic flow.Among other considerations,the adhesive road surface will significantly impact the volume of traffic and significantly affect the environmental traffic flow of the entire closed road.Many domestic and international studies on traffic flow projection models,on the other hand,focuses exclusively on the traffic data in a given area.The impact of rain and snow environmental conditions on expressway traffic flow is barely considered in rain and snow.This paper therefore focuses on the effects of rain and snow on changes in highway flows.As models constraints,climate variables are included,but it is not just a single study any more.Build a model for the forecast of short-run traffic flow for highways that are under influence of rain and snow conditions.For this trial,traffic movement and weather data is available on both the main websites of the Pe MS and Meso West U.S.public data sets.Data preprocessing,such as completion,denoising,and normalization,is done until the two forms of raw data have been collected.Using the matrix-coefficient method,the two most important weather variables are analyzed by using all forms of data as a training sample for the simulation model of feature learning and different forecasts for off days and working days based on variance in the distribution of traffic flow over time.The final check indicates that the pattern suggested in this paper for short-term road flux increased with the influence of rain and snow and with the predicted models for a short-term road flow under rain and snow conditions,The accuracy and viability for rain and snow conditions of the proposed model of a quick flow forecast for highways.At the same time,precise traffic flow prediction results may also provide traffic managers with data support to develop traffic control and guidance steps.Government and relevant agencies have fair road planning and management theoretical assistance.
