Wood structure building was once the main structural form of architecture in our country.It has a long history.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people of the past dynasties and a gem of the world’s architectural art.Most of the existing wooden structures are ancient buildings with extremely high historical value.Many ancient buildings are in disrepair due to years of disrepair and urgently need to be reinforced and repaired.This paper uses carbon fiber cloth reinforcement technology to carry out a series of reinforcement tests on pine beams.According to the test results,the calculation formulas for the bearing capacity of the wood beams before and after the carbon fiber cloth reinforcement wood beams are established and compared with the test results.At the same time,the finite element general software ANSYS is used.The finite element model before and after reinforcement of the wooden beam is established,the non-linear analysis of the test components is carried out,and the comparative analysis is carried out with the test results.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:The flexural load-bearing capacity is indeed improved significantly after the use of carbon fiber reinforcement.The flexural load-bearing capacity of the specimen with a layer of carbon fiber cloth attached to the bottom of the beam is increased by about 14%,and the flexural load-bearing capacity of the specimen with two layers of carbon fiber cloth attached to the bottom is increased by about 22%.,Indicating that the bearing capacity will increase with the increase in the number of carbon fiber cloth layers;the bending resistance of the specimens with a side angle of 45° and a vertical U-shape pasted with a layer of carbon fiber cloth increased by about 19%,indicating that the side reinforcement is also better The reinforcement effect.The calculation formula for the bearing capacity of the reinforced wooden beam established in this paper,the calculation result of the bottom reinforced CFRP cloth is in good agreement with the test results,but the test results of the side reinforced carbon fiber cloth are somewhat different,and a correction factor needs to be multiplied on the basis of the original formula The ability is more in line with the test value.The simulation results obtained by establishing the finite element model of the reinforced wooden beam show that the main failure of the wooden beam occurs in the bending area,and its flexural bearing capacity is relatively close to the experimental value,with a maximum error of 12.5%;under the same load,the deflection The change trend and the strain distribution trend are basically the same as those in the experiment.
