Set in reconstructing the planning system in China’s territorial space,the territorial space planning,a guidance for national spatial development and a space blueprint for sustainable development,keeps a basis for various activities about developing,protecting and constructing.Research on this paper is of great significance for both highlighting the orientation of leading function for land utilization and optimizing the development pattern in territorial space,which hold up scientific decision-making,through multiple policy scenarios and dynamic simulation.Based on the dominant functional orientation of land utilization in view of the production-living-ecological functions,this paper integrated space suitability evaluation on a single time point and dynamic-driven simulation as well as dynamic monitoring into the framework,in which synthetically utilizing GIS and SD model with research cases,achieving the production-living-ecological space suitability evaluation,and establishing a system dynamics model to tightly grasp the dynamic mechanism in production-living-ecological space.In general,to detect the paths in multi-scenario,involving production-living-ecological space planning,dynamic monitoring and scientific decision-making,space suitability evaluation on a single time point was connected with space suitability evolution simulation.The result of research shows that:(1)With the area of ecological,production and living spaces are 108927.55hm2,12555.72hm2 and 2608.19hm2,accounting for 87.78%,10.118%and 2.102%respectively.(2)The suitability levels of ecological and production space were better than living space in the whole county,whose overall suitability level and degree were on excellent form.(3)Under the multi-scenario assumption,the change trend of the " production-living-ecological " spaces area are consistent with the suitability level area,showing the characteristics of production space area and suitability level area decrease,while living space and ecological space area and suitability level area increase.(4)In the simulated base period of 2015,the living,production and ecological spatial carrying capacity coefficients were 1.196,0.836,and 0.462 respectively.which appear different evolution characteristics under the multi-scenario assumption.In conclusion,what offered an intact and valid framework for space suitability evaluation is the viewpoint of production-living-ecological functions complied with the function orientation;And the combination of suitability evaluation and scenario simulation was not only favorable in grasping the utilizing actuality of space suitability level,but also assisted in mastering evolution trends and monitoring spatial bearing capacity;Just as multi-scenario assumptions encouraged formulating different development paths and schemes,while the united utilization of GIS and SD model also effectual on the technical support.
