Has long been in work area of the plant thermal environment greatly affects the productivity of workers,and industrial premises is often accompanied by numerous sources of heat,high temperature heat source of heat in order to prevent the plant to the spread of the work area,mostly by ordinary heat preservation material composed of local heat insulation,heat insulation wall for high temperature heat source in this paper,on the basis of combining the"air gap"and"embedded pipe insulation,combines the advantages of effective,design the plant high temperature heat source for a local heat insulation of composite insulation wall.Specific research contents and relevant important conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on three kinds of thermal insulation structures,common thermal insulation materials,air interlayers and embedded pipes,the struc-ture optimization of the main components in the composite thermal insula-tion wall proposed in this paper is carried out.The four structural parame-ters of the model are the diameter of the embedded pipe,the thickness of the rock wool sandwich panel,the thickness of the enclosed air sandwich,and the thickness of the polyvinyl chloride sandwich panel as the main in-fluencing factors.The average temperature and heat flux density of the outer wall are used as evaluation indicators,and the orthogonal design is adopted.The influence of each plan on the thermal insulation effect of the new composite thermal insulation wall is simulated,and the numerical sim-ulation results are used to carry out range analysis and variance analysis,and the order of influence is obtained as follows:pipe diameter>enclosed air interlayer thickness>rock wool sandwich Board thickness>PVC sand-wich board thickness,and the optimal structure parameter combination of the model is obtained through comprehensive comparison and analysis.(2)according to the optimized wall structure parameters combination of numerical simulation of physical model is established,on the basis of using the Fluent software to simulate software analyzes the characteristics of composite insulation wall body within the parameters of the surface emissivity,closed on both sides of the air interlayer wall emissivity condi-tion,water supply conditions and system parameters of air supply,heat source,wall heat flux density,heat source and inner wall spacing effect on the properties of composite insulation wall,analysis the distribution and change rule of the temperature and speed.(3)Simulated and analyzed the insulation effect of the two kinds of wall with the optimal structural parameters:tube embedded insulation wall and air sandwich insulation wall,and then compared the insulation effect with the composite insulation wall designed in this paper.Through simula-tion comparison shows that when the heat source surface heat flux is 682.5w/m~2,in the same wall thickness and the best conditions,air interlayer in-sulation wall,embedded pipe insulation wall in comparison with the outer wall of composite insulation wall average temperature rise 93.4%,5.6%,respectively,considering the factors such as economy,energy conservation and availability,composite heat insulation wall heat insulation effect and applicability of the best.Through the research of this paper,it can enrich the application of heat insulation technology of envelope structure,and provide new ideas and methods for energy saving design of envelope structure,which has im-portant practical significance. |
