| In order to reduce the occurrence of human error caused by occupational stress of nuclear power plant commissioning workers, this article focuses on the characteristics of nuclear power plant commissioning work, from the perspective of occupational stress, explores the internal mechanism of human error of nuclear power plant commissioning workers, and provide theoretical basis and reference for the enterprise to propose prevention and control measures targeting human error. This article mainly completed the following work:(1)A semi-structured interview research was conducted on 29 commissioning workers randomly selected from different commissioning teams at three domestic nuclear power plant commissioning work place, based on grounded theory, using ATLAS.ti8 qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the interview results, identified 29 occupational stress risk factors, and compiled the commissioning workers’ occupational stress measurement scale.4 dimensions,Job characteristics,Organizational factors,Individual factors,Social factors, and a total of 47 measurement items are included in the scale. The reliability and validity of the scale are good.(2)In order to explore the relationship between commissioning workers’ occupational stress and human error, three domestic nuclear power plant were investigated. The subjects included 215 commissioning workers randomly selected from different commissioning teams.Taking occupational stress as independent variables, human errors as dependent variables, and anxiety as intermediary variables, use SPSS25.0 software to perform data analysis. The analysis results show that the overall occupational stress of the commissioning workers is relatively high;the age, working years and the commissioning management are important factors that affect the occupational stress;occupational stress has a positive effect on anxiety;anxiety has a positive influence on human errors.Occupational stress can predict the probability of human errors to a certain extent.(3)Constructed a structural equation model of human error for nuclear power plant commissioning workers from the perspective of occupational stress, and used AMOS22.0 software to modify and verify the model. The model reveals that there are four paths for occupational stress to affect human errors.Path 1: occupational stress—cognitive anxiety—perception process error—recognition and judgment process error—operation process error;Path 2: Occupational stress—cognitive anxiety—recognition and judgment process error—operation process error;Path 3: Occupational stress—physicality Anxiety—perception process error—recognition and judgment process error—operation process error;Path 4: occupational stress—physical anxiety—operation process error. |
