| Tritium is the isotope of hydrogen.It is recorded as ~3H or T,and its half-life is 12.33a.It is a low energy beta emitter.The maximum range in air is about 5mm,and it is about 5 m in water or human tissue.Tritium exists in the form of tritiated water(HTO,DTO,T2O)in the waste water,and its physical and chemical properties are similar to that of water.Tritium is very easy to enter the human body by breathing,drinking and eating,and causing damage to human cells.With the development of nuclear energy technology,the number of the nuclear facility is increasing,and the amount of artificial tritium is more and more released.The tritium waste generated during the operation of nuclear facilities and spent fuel reprocessing cannot be treated by conventional waste system.It is mainly discharged into the environment in the form of gaseous and liquid radioactive waste.The discharge of waste liquid containing tritium not only satisfies the environmental discharge standard,but also considers the regional characteristics.Therefore,it is very important to choose a safe,economic and feasible way to treat the waste liquid containing tritium.The project aims at the solution of the waste liquid containing tritium after the purification of a nuclear facility.Through the investigation and summary of the existing technology of the waste liquid containing tritium and the current status of the nuclear facilities,an air carrying technology based on the principle of air humidification is proposed.The working principle,technological process,main technical parameter selection and key equipment of carrier discharge technology are studied.Combined with the cold and hot test of carrying station,the feasibility of the technology scheme is verified.The successful application of this technology can solve the problem of discharging the tritium waste liquid to the environment in the nuclear facility,and provide a good experience for similar engineering applications in the future. |
