With the decline of submarine radiated noise year by year, the advantages of passive sonar detection are no longer obvious.Active sonar, especially low-frequency active sonar,is an important means to detect submarines with decreasing radiated noise, and the demand of low-frequency transmitting transducer is increasingly urgent. For the anti-submarine mission of unmanned boat, active and passive towed linear array is an effective detection method, which can effectively increase the aperture of acoustic array and obtain a longer detection distance. However, the radial size of towed linear array is limited, which conflicts with the low-frequency requirement of transmitting transducer. In order to fully meet the engineering practice requirements, this paper, based on the active and passive towed linear array sonar of unmanned boat, carries out the research on concave tube-type bending transducer and its array forming technology, realizes small-diameter and low-frequency transmission, and provides a portable detection sonar for unmanned boat anti-submarine.In this paper, the finite element simulation software is used to design a concave cylindrical flexural-tensile transducer with an outer diameter less than 65 mm,the resonant frequency is 1.7k Hz,and the sound source level is not less than 190 d B.three transmitting transducers are used to form a linear array, forming a small-diameter low-frequency acoustic radiation capability of 199 d B.According to the simulation results. The design, manufacture of the prototype and acoustic test are completed. The result is the same as the simulation result. |
