| The snowdrift in Xinjiang is one of the representative snow disasters in China.It causes road traffic accidents and even road closures every year,which has a great impact on the transportation industry.The Urumqi to Yuli Expressway("Wuyu Expressway")under construction passes through the hinterland of Tianshan Mountain and is an area prone to snowdrift disaster.Based on the science and technology R&D project "Application research of prevention and treatment technology of the snowdrift disaster on the G0711 Urumqi to Yuli Expressway(KJFZ-2017-055-001)" which is from the CCCC Second Highway Survey and Design Institute Co.,Ltd,this paper carried out a detailed research on the snowdrift disaster along the Wuyu Expressway,and put forward prevention and treatment suggestions for the road sections seriously affected by the snowdrift disaster.Snowdrift disaster generally develops in alpine and high altitude areas,so it is difficult to conduct field investigation on a large area.Therefore,this paper adopts the "combination of point and surface" investigation and analysis method of field investigation and satellite remote sensing interpretation.Firstly,the remote sensing images along the Wuyu Expressway in winter were interpreted,and the sections where the snowdrift disaster may develop,the wind direction,the formation conditions of snowdrift,the development and accumulation rules of snow and the prone season of snowdrift were prelimarily determined according to the interpretation results.The rationality of the route design scheme was evaluated from the perspective of snowdrift.Secondly,a targeted field investigation was carried out on Wuyu Expressway to verify the correctness of the interpretation results,and a reasonable and comprehensive highway snowdrift investigation method was formed.Meanwhile,the snow density of the road section prone to snowdrift disasters was measured to determine the snow type and calculate the starting wind speed of snow particles,which laid the data foundation for the subsequent researches.Then,based on the ANSYS Fluent numerical simulation software,combined with the route design scheme,the numerical simulation of snowdrift for embankments and whole cuttings with different design parameters was carried out to find the movement and accumulation rules of wind-snow flow when it flowed through the subgrade section.The results show that: for the embankment,when the slope rate is 1:4,the height is 6m,and there is no corrugated beam barrier on both sides of the road and the middle isolation zone,the snow prevention effect is the best.For the cutting,when the slope rate of the whole cutting and the inlet wind speed are constant,the cutting with a depth of 20 m on the leeward side and 10 m on the windward side has the best snow prevention effect.The cutting with a depth of 10 m on the leeward side and 30 m on the windward side has the second best snow prevention effect.However,there will be a lot of snow on the road surface of cutting with a depth of 40 m on the leeward side and 10 m on the windward side,which should be avoided in the road section with snowdrift disasters development.Finally,according to the above research results,the prevention and control principles of snowdrift disasters were summarized,and the prevention and control measures and main technical parameters were proposed,and the application of snowdrift disasters control technologies in the whole life cycle of Wuyu Expressway were formed. |
