In 2020,COVID-19 profoundly affected the global economic operation and social development,and also had a great impact on the overseas development of China’s enterprises.At the same time,it also posed new challenges to the human resources management of international projects.This paper analyzes that in the post pandemic era,Chinese enterprises are facing new difficulties in the management of human resources for overseas projects.How to do the human resource management of international engineering projects and ensure the normal production and operation order of enterprises are not only directly related to the economic benefits of enterprises,but also to some extent directly related to the international image of China.This paper analyzes the human resource management of international engineering projects in the post pandemic era based on the theory of human resource management and the 5P model of human resource management.The first chapter studies the significance of human resource management of international engineering projects in the post pandemic era,and explores the corresponding mode to meet the development needs of enterprise human resource management;the second chapter mainly studies the basic theory of human resource management of international engineering projects;the third chapter explores the characteristics and development trend of human resource management of international engineering projects in the post pandemic era;the fourth chapter comprehensively expounds the new situation The impact of the pandemic situation on international engineering projects,and the new situation of human resource management of international engineering projects in the post pandemic era;the fifth chapter studies the application of 5P model of human resource management combined with the specific practice of Kenya railway project;the sixth chapter summarizes the full text.The relevant arguments of this paper not only summarize some previous views,but also put forward the 5P model and related incentive theory to solve the practical problems encountered in management,including staff promotion,training and development,staff care,flexible employment and other measures,so as to improve the incentive mechanism of overseas projects,better adapt to the development of the new situation,and constantly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises Advantages.This paper has a certain theoretical summary and induction for comprehensively improving and promoting the normal production and operation order of China’s international engineering projects.It has certain reference significance for human resource management of international engineering projects in the post pandemic era.
