Oil mist lubrication technology is being widely used in the field of petrochemical and metallurgy.While,Oil mist lubrication technology also has some disadvantages.During the lubrication process,it is inevitable that some of the lubricating oil mist will not adhere well to the lubricating surface to form a lubricating oil film,so this part will be dispersed to the surrounding environment.It can pollution the environment,equipment and workpiece.Becaus’e of oil mist lubrication system generated in the particle size below 10 μm,and the size range of particles have an impact on human health.It is of great significance to trap oil mist particulates that dispersed in the air.The main contents include:(1)By reading a large number of literatures to summarize the current methods of particle trapping,and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of particulate trapping methods,and to understand the development at home and abroad.(2)The force analysis of single particulates in the flow field,the interaction force between particulates,the effect of coalescence between particulates and the theory of collision was analyzed.The research on the force analysis of particulates is the basis of particulate collision and coalescence theory.The research between particulate collision and coalescence theory was mainly applied to the field of trapping oil mist particles.(3)The simulation model of the orifice plate collector was established by software and the discrete phase model(DPM)was applied to analyze the internal flow field and the motion trajectory of particulates.Analyzing the particle trapping efficiency of the orifice plate collector under different plate spacings.According to the flow field analysis results,the influencing factors were determined,it can provide basis for experimental research.The simulation results show that there is optimal orifice plate spacing for maximum recycling efficiency.(4)The orifice plate experimental device was built.The influence of different orifice spacing,orifice vibration frequency and orifice number on the trapping efficiency of the orifice plate collector was analyzed,and the trapping performance of orifice plate collector was evaluated.The experimental results show that the trapping performance increases with the increase of the vibration frequency and the number of orifice plates.With the increase of the plate spacing,there is a change that increases first and then decreases,and the change is consistent with the simulation results.(5)The influence of different orifice spacing,orifice vibration frequency and orifice number on the particulate coalescence effect of the orifice plate collector was analyzed.The trapping mechanism of oil mist particle can be better analyzed by the analysis of the particle size on the orifice plate collector,and it can provide reference for the development of the trapping collector.The experimental results show that there is a change that increases first and then decreases for the particulate size with the increase of the plate spacing.In the single-plate state,the particulate size increases with the increase of the vibration frequency of the orifice plate.In the double-plate state,the particulate size decreases with the increase of the vibration frequency of the orifice plate.
