| As an important part of the transportation system,water transportation industry is the basic,pioneering and service industry of a country’s economic and social development.Domestic at present has not been widely used in water transport engineering of ultra-short baseline positioning sonar to carry out the test technology and method of research and test equipment development work,caused in the shipping industry application of this kind of sonar equipment performance index evaluation difficult,evaluation standard is not unified,the problems such as nonstandard,so as to restrain the sonar equipment development and application in the field of water transportation.It also further affects the standardization and standardized development process of water transportation engineering operations.Based on the established testing method of USBL positioning sonar system,this paper carries out simulation verification analysis and designs the corresponding test device,and carries out the test method research and demonstration test under the condition of indoor pool.Based on the 6-DOF test scheme,this paper establishes a mathematical model of magnitude transfer for 6-DOF underwater ultra-short baseline system test.A 6-DOF underwater positioning sonar test platform based on an indoor pool 4-DOF operating control platform was constructed by designing a 4-DOF expansion device.Based on the corresponding relationship between acoustic propagation distance and acoustic attenuation,a testing method of positioning sonar distance in finite scale pool is proposed on the basis of the development of target analog acoustic beacon.In this paper,a comparative method is used to transfer the measured acoustical values,and the traceability basis of acoustical values is given based on the national regulation documents.The analog acoustic beacon has a dynamic output range of more than 40 d B,and has the ability to simulate the launching of the target acoustic beacon at a distance of 1500 m,which supports the positioning sonar test scheme based on the target acoustic simulation.Finally,this paper uses AAE Nexus 2 USBL system to carry out the overall test under the 6-DOF test scheme in the pool,which verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis and the functionality of the test device. |
