| Product quality and production safety play an important role in every industrial process,and sintering as a part of many industrial processes is no exception.This thesis mainly focuses on the design of industrial alarm system in sintering workshop.At present,my sintering workshop equipment is old,low level of automation,alarm scattered,lack of alarm history,almost all operations need to be completed artificially.When almost all the operations on site need human participation,it will bring a series of artificial uncertainties.Based on the application background of sintering workshop,a set of industrial alarm system is designed in this thesis.The system structure and construction method in this thesis can be applied to the similar workshop with low degree of automation can also achieve the effect of improvement and optimization.The research background of this paper comes from the sintering workshop with missing alarm equipment.The main work includes the following aspects.Firstly,the overall framework of the alarm system is designed,including the network structure and data transmission structure of the bottom layer of the system,the strategy of selecting the main hardware of the system is given,the scheme of data acquisition and hardware wiring is analyzed according to the actual situation,and the ladder diagram of the system is compiled on the basis of the existing alarm requirements.Then,the whole communication network and PLC internal communication network are discussed respectively,and the necessary hardware configuration of the two networks is expounded after selecting the respective networks.The pre-design scheme of the monitor screen of the host computer and the method of establishing the server data communication are given,and the concrete operation flow of signal uploading into other PLC in the future system is also planned.Finally,in order to optimize the alarm performance,the optimal alarm threshold selection strategy based on historical data is designed for the analog alarm.At the same time,the correlation analysis of multiple alarm variables is carried out to reduce the redundant alarm as much as possible.Finally,this thesis summarizes the work and makes a simple plan for the future work.Although the design of industrial alarm system in this thesis relies on the sintering workshop,it is not completely confined to the sintering workshop.For the surrounding other workshops which have not yet introduced automation system,can be slightly modified on the basis of this scheme,according to the situation of personalized selection and building. |
