With the rapid development of e-commerce logistics, the pressure of terminal distribution is increasing, and the cost of the last mile logistics to the overall logistics distribution cost is increasing.Optimizing the last mile logistics cost has become the focus of current research. The emergence of logistics drones provides new possibilities for the last mile of logistics distribution optimization. The drone-assisted delivery of packages saves a lot of delivery time and greatly improves customer satisfaction.extensive attention. The vehicle routing problem is an extremely important theoretical basis in logistics transportation.Since the vehicle routing problem has been raised,it has attracted widespread attention from scholars and companies at home and abroad. In real life, vehicle route planning is often affected by conditions such as the actual road environment, policies, and temporary customer requirements. The current research has achieved a series of results on the problem of vehicle routing, but few have taken logistics drones into consideration, and research on coordinated delivery of drones and trucks is incomplete and lacks a relatively systematic study.Based on the traditional vehicle routing problem, this article follows the trend of green logistics. This paper proposes two combined forms of coordinated distribution of drones and trucks:the drones and trucks are relatively independent from the warehouse to complete the distribution, and the trucks carry the cloud Human machine completes delivery.Considering constraints such as time and cost, logistics UAVs are used for parcel delivery services, and different combined forms of coordinated delivery of drones and trucks are studied.A dual-target system with minimum service time and service costs is constructed.Optimize the model, and then apply the model to reality to draw management inspiration. This article has mainly completed the following three aspects of research:(1)The first combination of drone and truck, the drone and truck are relatively independent to complete the delivery service.A two-objective optimization model with minimum time and cost is constructed.A threshold reference strategy considering customer satisfaction time and a genetic selection strategy considering the service distance limitation of the UAV are proposed. And use genetic selection strategy to screen all customer nodes, select customer nodes served by drones, and finally use ant colony algorithm to optimize the entire distribution path.(2)The second combination of drone and truck. The truck carries the drone to complete the distribution service. The truck acts as the "mobile warehouse" of the drone.A corresponding mathematical model is constructed. The k-cheapest insertion method is used to Select all customer nodes, select customer nodes served by drones, use ant colony algorithm to optimize the path of truck service nodes, and finally assign customer nodes served by drones to adjacent truck paths to complete the entire Optimization of distribution routes,(3)The validity of the model is verified through actual case studies.Taking a terminal delivery system of SF Express in Rongcheng City,Shandong Province as the background, the one-day delivery requirement is used to solve the mathematical model established in this paper, and the theory is applied to practice. The solution to the constructed model is optimized. The later distribution path compares the two combined forms of drone and truck, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two combined forms, and the applicable environment, and gives the company some management inspiration. Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized, and the main conclusion of this paper is drawn:the use of drones can effectively alleviate the pressure of the last mile distribution, and to a certain extent, save time and costs. It also points out the contributions and deficiencies of the research in this paper, and elaborates possible future research directions.
