| With the development of society,infrastructure construction is also rapidly updated,and requirements are becoming more and more perfect.The slope has aggravated my country’s environmental pollution,destroyed the original ecological structure,and caused frequent slope instability.Compared with the traditional slope support measures of building a slope protection net,the slope treatment by planting herbs and shrubs is more in line with the sustainable development strategy,and it also takes into account the two major advantages of environmental protection and economic cost saving.This article mainly discusses the effect of new herb roots on strengthening shallow slopes.According to the site to be repaired,two common northern herb plants,bromegrass and bluegrass are selected.Therefore,this article is mainly divided into four parts: growth morphology observation,root pull-out test,direct shear test of root-soil complex,and finite element simulation analysis.Therefore,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the root pull test,the average single root tensile strength of Bluegrass and Bromeliaceae is 0.27 N and 1.9N,respectively.Compared with the bluegrass,the tensile strength of Bromelana is better.Superior,not easy to be torn off.(2)In the direct shear test of the root-soil complex,the density and length of the herbaceous plants are set as variables for the experiment.Regardless of the length or the density,the trends are similar.With the increase of length and density,the cohesive force increase of Bromeliaceae is larger than that of Bluegrass,and the internal friction angle of Bromeliaceae is much larger than that of Bromelana.Therefore,the main factor affecting the shear strength of the two is the cohesion rather than the angle of internal friction.(3)The analysis factors in ANSYS are the maximum displacement in the X direction and the value of plastic deformation.With the increase of length and density,the maximum displacement in the X direction and the plastic deformation value of Bromegrass and Kentucky bluegrass decreased overall,indicating that the two plants have a certain effect on improving the stability of the slope.The above research on plant root system slope protection mechanism analyzes the root system slope protection effect of Bromegrass and Poa pratensis,provides theoretical support for herb root system slope protection,and confirms the theoretical results through experiments and simulations. |
