Study On The Decorative Characteristics Of Exterior Wall Materials Of Modern Buildings In Shenyang

With the rapid development of urban construction activities,the convergence of urban appearance and architectural style is becoming more and more serious.In this context,more and more scholars and workers engaged in urban construction gradually begin to pay attention to urban cultural characteristics.Shenyang City has a long history of development,with a history of 110000 years of human life and more than 2300 years of urban construction.It is a famous historical and cultural city,known as "the birthplace of one dynasty and the capital of two generations of Emperors".There are many important cultural relics and historic sites,national and provincial and municipal protected buildings in the city.They represent the context of Shenyang,and become a bright historical and cultural "golden card" of Shenyang.In May 2019,Shenyang municipal government issued the recent construction plan for the protection of Shenyang historical and cultural city(2019-2021),aiming to activate the "golden card" of Shenyang’s history and culture,and planned to protect the historical and cultural buildings and areas in Shenyang,on the one hand,protect the historical buildings,on the other hand,create the atmosphere of historical blocks.In the process of protecting the city’s historical features and historic buildings,we should pay attention to the protection of the outer wall of the buildings.Studying the methods of the outer wall of the buildings is helpful to protect and repair the historical buildings and build the historic city blocks.On the other hand,as a part of building technology and materials,the method of building exterior wall materials reflects the characteristics of the integration and influence of local building technology and foreign building technology in the development of modern architecture in Shenyang,which is also important for the research of modern architecture history in Shenyang Meaning.This paper is divided into five chapters.Through sorting out and analyzing the types and characteristics of the materials for the outer wall of modern buildings in Shenyang,this paper aims to supplement the research on the modern architectural history and modern architectural technology materials in Shenyang,provide reference materials for the related research in the future,and provide suggestions for the protection and protection of the modern historical buildings and blocks in Shenyang,as well as the construction of the historical blocks with Shenyang’s characteristics.Taking the exterior wall of modern buildings in Shenyang as the research object,through the investigation of the exterior wall materials and the collation of relevant materials,this paper combs out four kinds of materials used in the exterior wall of modern buildings in Shenyang:cement,face brick,brick and stone.On this basis,it studies the application characteristics of various materials in the exterior wall of modern buildings in Shenyang,and finds that the decoration forms of various materials are mainly embodied in their material specifications,texture,color and decoration methods.Combined with specific cases,it is analyzed that there are two ways of using different materials in the building,namely,single use and combination use.At the same time,combined with other factors analysis,it is found that the development of material industry and the users of building builders have a great impact on the use of building exterior wall materials.
