In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,the rapid development of social productivity,the continuous expansion of the scale of human transformation and utilization of nature,once made rapid economic growth and wealth growth.However,the punishment that comes with it is the severe scarcity of resources,the imbalance of ecology and the rapid deterioration of environment.The production activities of human beings have brought threats to their own health,unprecedented damage to the living environment on which they depend.and huge negative impact on ecological civilization,which finally makes the contradiction among population,resources and environment increasingly prominent.Around the world,people began to realize that we should save resources and protect the environment.Therefore,many countries have also developed relevant laws and policies to further promote environmental conservation,green environment and sustainable development.For production-oriented enterprises,the manufacturing mode only considering economic benefits can no longer meet the current development needs,especially in heavy industries such as automobiles,which need more raw materials and parts than other industries,so they need a lot of resources,so in order to achieve sustainable development,the implementation of re-manufacturing is more urgent.For re-manufacturing,a reasonable classification of recovered products is the key to manufacturing,and also to improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.So it is a problem that every re-manufacturing enterprise must face.At the same time,how to make a reasonable decision of recycling quantity when the quality of recycling products is uncertain is another key problem to be solved by re-manufacturing enterprises.In view of the quality classification and quantity decision-making of recycled products,this paper has carried out relevant research work,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Determine the quality level of recycled products.This paper summarizes the televant research results in the field of quality classification of recycled products at home and abroad,and analyzes,summarizes and extracts the relevant research literature.On this basis,first of all,analyze the factors that affect the quality of recycled products,select important evaluation indicators,and build the quality evaluation system of recycled products according to the construction standards of indicators.Next,use AHP method to determine the weight of each quality evaluation index;then invite experts to evaluate each index,and use the fuzzy mathematics theory to convert the language value given by the experts into specific values;secondly,calculate the comprehensive score of the quality of recycled products;finally,according to the characteristics of the quality of recycled products,determine the number of quality grades to be divided and determine the quality of each grade Interval range.(2)Build the quantity model of recycled products considering the quality classification.First of all,analyze the re-manufacturing process of different quality level products,and analyze the recovery cost,re-manufacturing cost and environmental cost related to quality level in this process.Then it analyzes the costs related to the uncertain market demand of re-manufactured products.Finally,it constructs the decision-making model of the quantity of re-manufactured products considering the classification of the quality of re-manufactured products with the goal of maximizing the profits of re-manufactured enterprises.(3)Methods and application of the model.In order to illustrate the application of the decision-making model of recovery quantity considering the quality classification of recovery products in reality,this paper applies the above methods and models to the practical problems of a remanufacturing engine enterprise,helps a enterprise to solve the problem that how much product recovery quantity of each quality level can be remanufactured or materials can be processed to maximize its profit,and proves the feasibility and practicability of the model.
