Permanent magnet eddy current speed regulation technology is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly motor speed control technology.It has a lot of high-reliability,neutrality,no-load start-up,overload protection,and system vibration reduction.The research boom of scholars.Widely used in electric power,metallurgy,mining,chemical,petroleum and many other fields.The application and development of this technology has far-reaching significance in responding to the call for national energy conservation and emission reduction and improving the efficiency of system work.Based on the theoretical basis of electromagnetic field such as Maxwell’s equations,this paper systematically studies the telescopic permanent magnet eddy current governor by using finite element analysis method.The main research contents of the thesis include:(1)This paper uses the finite element electromagnetic analysis software Ansoft Maxwell to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the telescopic permanent magnet eddy current governor and conducts a large number of electromagnetic analysis calculations,and obtains different structural parameters(such as the rotational speed difference,air gap thickness).,copper disk thickness,permanent magnet magnetic series,coupling area,number of grooves,etc.)on the transmission torque,eddy current loss,structural parameters optimization of the permanent magnet eddy current governor,under the same input power,can A larger output torque is obtained,which improves the working efficiency of the permanent magnet eddy current governor.(2)There is no open literature on the self-energy consumption of the permanent magnet eddy current governor.Manufacturers and manufacturers do not mention the problem of their own energy consumption.The cooling design also lacks theoretical basis.In the selection process,it is generally over-guaranteed.Performance,which also caused the phenomenon of"big horses".In this paper,Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic analysis software is integrated into ANSYS Workbench,and the eddy current loss solidloss of the permanent magnet eddy current governor in the electromagnetic simulation software is directly coupled to ANSYS Workbench,and the temperature of the permanent magnet eddy current governor is used as the heat source.Field analysis shows the temperature distribution and energy loss of each part of the permanent magnet eddy current governor under different speed differences,and it is concluded that the permanent magnet temperature is within the Curie temperature and no demagnetization occurs.(3)Through the review of previous research results,it is found that the previous research on the permanent magnet eddy current governor lacks its design theory,and the structure is first specified,and then the performance under the structure is studied.In this paper,the direction of the design theory of permanent magnet eddy current governor is pointed out.The permanent magnet eddy current governor of corresponding structure size can be designed according to the load power,which brings convenience to the selection of permanent magnet eddy current governor and solves it.The problem of wasting energy due to excessive guarantee performance.
