| With the development trend of multi-dimensional,multi-dimensional and attack saturation of weapon system,the air strike force of various countries is becoming more and more powerful,and the strike speed is becoming more and more block,which puts forward higher requirements for air defense and anti missile system.High speed and super high speed Gatling weapon system has the advantages of high firing rate,fast initial velocity and compact overall structure.It is mainly used for terminal defense of air defense and anti missile system,and can effectively intercept air targets.High performance Gatling weapon system has become the development direction of the new generation of naval gun weapons with its advantages of high firing rate and strong fire intensity.Under the continuous and high-frequency complex impact load,the launch system of Gatling gun will produce complex dynamic responses such as vibration,impact,deformation,temperature rise and vibration.Under the coupling effect of the above responses,the firing accuracy,firing stability and recoil performance of the launch system of Gatling gun will be greatly affected In order to improve the launch performance of the Gatling weapon by modifying the multi factor parameter strategy,the dynamic characteristics and launch performance of the Gatling weapon are analyzed.Based on the unique structure of the Gatling weapon system,this paper analyzes its working process and mechanism,and analyzes the force and dynamics of the Gatling launch system.According to the topological relationship and analysis results of the components in the launch system,it is proposed that the bearing stiffness,bracket support position,buffer device parameters and other factors will affect the deflection vibration characteristics of the Gatling launch system In addition,according to the analysis results and the requirements of subsequent simulation tests,the gun bore resultant force and the deformation stiffness of the bearing produced by the ammunition firing during the launching process of the Gatling weapon are analyzed and calculated.Aiming at the analysis target,the influence of multiple factors on the dynamic characteristics of Gatling weapon launch system is analyzed through simulation test.When the elastic deformation of support bearing is introduced,in order to explore the influence of bearing stiffness,bracket support position and other factors on the dynamic characteristics of launch system barrel group,a rigid body virtual prototype of launch system is established,and the reasonable equivalent modeling of bearing elastic deformation is carried out.The deflection vibration and recoil impulse of barrel group are obtained when the parameters of different factors are modified by the method of control variables Based on the change characteristics of the characteristic parameters,the influence of many factors on the dynamic characteristics and launch performance of the Gatling weapon launch system is obtained.Considering the influence of single barrel deformation on launch performance,the bending vibration characteristics of barrel under ammunition impact are analyzed.According to Timoshenko beam theory,the motion equation and dynamic model of the launch system based on flexible barrel are established,and the rigid flexible coupling virtual prototype of the launch system is created by using ANSYS and ADAMS software.The influence of different support positions of bracket on the bending vibration characteristics of flexible barrel is analyzed through simulation test situation.The dynamic characteristics of launch system will directly affect the firing performance of Gatling weapon.In order to improve the firing performance,based on the analysis results of the influence of the above-mentioned multi factors on the dynamic characteristics of the Gatling launch system,in order to obtain the multi factor optimal parameter strategy,the multi-objective parameter optimization is carried out by using the AMGA algorithm with the bearing stiffness,buffer parameters,bracket support position and other factors as the design variables and the characteristic value of the dynamic characteristic parameters of the launch system as the optimization objective A group of optimal parameters strategy is obtained,and the risk analysis of this group of multi factor parameters is carried out,and the vibration mode and modal frequency of the launch system under this group of parameters are obtained.It is pointed out that the actual firing speed of the Gatling weapon should avoid its modal frequency to avoid resonance phenomenon. |
