Based on the support of various countries for ocean exploration,analyzing sonar images to understand the characteristics of underwater scenes and recognize underwater objects has become an extremely important issue in various applications.The computer processing of forward-looking sonar images has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in various underwater operations in turbid environments.The 3-D reconstruction of underwater targets using 2-D forward-looking sonar images has always been a research hotspot,and the reconstruction of multi-view sonar images can play an advantage in the field of 3-D reconstruction.This paper is based on high-resolution 2-D imaging sonar,aiming at the scene where the sonar is detected around an underwater stationary target,and realizes the reconstruction of3-D targets in the scene from multiple perspectives.This paper mainly combines the reconstruction method of space sculpture to study the 3-D reconstruction of various perspectives under different positions and different attitudes,explore the main factors that affect the results of the 3-D reconstruction of the target and the detection angle suitable for the3-D reconstruction,and provide the engineering application foundation for the underwater platform detection task.First,according to the forward-looking sonar projection imaging principle,the technical parameters of the sonar are analyzed,the corresponding relationship between the 2-D sonar image coordinate system and the 3-D space scene is constructed,and the multi-view sonar image is obtained.At the same time,the deterministic target area image is defined,and the preprocessing method of sonar image is studied.Secondly,combined with the working characteristics of high-resolution forward-looking sonar,a 3-D detection space is established and a regular 3-D target is created.A multi-view simulation sonar image is obtained through projection imaging,and the target area is developed based on the deterministic target area image of the multi-view angle.Space carving realizes the 3-D reconstruction of typical scene space carving.Then,study the influencing factors of the spatial carving algorithm.According to the operation mode of the carrier to detect underwater targets,the influence of circumnavigation and roll motion on the 3-D reconstruction of space carving is studied,that is,the influence of multi-view sonar images in different positions and different attitudes on 3-D reconstruction.Finally,the object is returned to the general shape of the space,that is,the complex 3-D target,the space carving is used to realize the 3-D reconstruction,and the applicability of the space carving algorithm to objects of different shapes is explored.
