The rapid development of society and economy makes the demand for energy more and more.Facing the exhaustion of traditional fossil energy resources,causing environmental damage,global warming and other issues,vigorously developing new energy sources such as wind power,photovoltaics,and solar thermal power has become the consensus of countries around the world.The continuous increase of new energy penetration has also caused the problem of high wind and light abandonment rates.Therefore,in order to improve the capacity of new energy,it is necessary to consider the capacity of new energy in the planning stage as a goal in power planning.Reasonably allocate the capacity of various types of energy generating units at the planning stage.Based on the actual situation of a certain province,this paper studies the power supply planning considering the capacity of new energy consumption.The research results can provide reference for other provinces’ power supply planning and have certain practical significance.In order to improve the calculation efficiency,this paper fully considers the output characteristics and operating constraints of various types of units,and sets the same type of units as a group of cluster units to establish a sequential production simulation model of a regional multi-energy power system,and then analyzes the new The operating characteristics of energy and the complementary relationship between them,and through the construction of a time-series production simulation model,analyze the factors affecting the capacity of new energy consumption.Then establish a multi-objective power planning model that takes into account the new energy consumption capacity and economic cost.According to the actual situation in a province,combined with the built-in sequential production simulation model and a non-dominated sorting algorithm based on reference points,the established model is solved.Prove that the selected planning scheme is in line with reality and can improve the system’s ability to absorb new energy.Finally,based on this analysis,the impact of power generation policies on power planning is analyzed.The results show that changes in benchmark electricity prices will affect the installed capacity of the system and the ability to absorb new energy.Properly reducing the benchmark electricity price is conducive to the development of new energy.
