With the development of power market reform,micro-grid is allowed to participate in power market transactions as the main power seller.In the process of urbanization,in the way of micro grid,in accordance with the principles of self use,surplus Internet access,local conditions,orderly promotion,etc.,we actively develop and scale access to distributed power supply on the user side,which is the most effective way to realize the local consumption and utilization of new energy and effectively play the effectiveness of distributed power generation system.However,there is a problem that the output of micro-grid can not meet the load demand of users in time,resulting in the imbalance between supply and demand.The block chain technology realizes point-to-point transaction by using asymmetric encryption,digital signature,consensus algorithm,etc.,so it is applied to power market transaction.However,due to Byzantine errors in the block chain system,there are security risks in user transactions.So this paper studies the transaction behavior and security of micro grid power direct transaction based on block chain.First of all,aiming at the problem of imbalance between the user’s electricity demand and the grid’s energy supply and demand in the micro grid power direct transaction,this paper proposes an algorithm based on spectrum clustering and empirical rules.This method analyzes the data of electricity quantity,time,electricity price,etc.of the transaction between the user and the power provider,analyzes the reasons of imbalance between supply and demand in the micro grid power direct transaction market,and According to the analysis results of transaction behavior,the improvement scheme is given.The algorithm improves the spectral clustering algorithm,which combines the empirical rule k≤√n to determine the number of clusters,and improves the efficiency of the algorithm compared with the previous algorithm.Secondly,the transaction and business information in the block chain are stored in all nodes,while the typical Byzantine errors include operation errors,network delays,system crashes,malicious attacks,etc.,which make the transaction have security risks.Therefore,aiming at the security problems caused by Byzantine errors in the micro grid power direct trading system based on block chain,this paper proposes a Byzantine consensus algorithm based on the gossip protocol.The algorithm improves the fault tolerance of the system and makes the system have better scalability because of the unified data structure.Finally,through simulation experiments,the effectiveness of the algorithm based on spectral clustering and empirical rules is verified.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the imbalance of supply and demand in micro-grid power trade,such as price,power,time,etc.,and according to the experimental results,gives the adjustment scheme for power and price in different time periods.
