For the narrow and semi-closed urban comprehensive pipeline corridor,there are problems such as limited resources and serious conflicts in network communication,which leads to low reliability and poor real-time data transmission in the pipeline corridor.How to optimize resource scheduling to reduce the probability of channel conflict,Better improving system-level reliability and reducing system-level delay have become the key to the wireless monitoring system of urban comprehensive pipe corridors.This article conducts research on the following three aspects:(1)Taking channel selection and access as research objects,analyze the characteristics of power,channel utilization and packet loss rate.From the changes in the integrated pipe corridor system,this paper summarizes the impact of channel utilization,power,and packet loss rate on channel selection and access.In view of the utilization rate,this article regards the secondary user as a player participating in the game,and uses the channel resource cost and utility function as the constraints of channel allocation in the network,so that the channel resources can be utilized as much as possible,and then generate benefits and improve the channel Resource utilization.However,the game mechanism can only target secondary users when using the channel,and the power and packet loss rate are not in the evaluation range.Therefore,the power of the channel and the packet loss rate of the channel data transmission are combined on a secondary basis to evaluate all the system channels to be accessed.In this paper,the benefit function is used to determine the benefits generated by the three factors of packet loss rate,utilization rate and power after channel access.In the original benefit function,a weight ratio is introduced according to user needs to ensure that the user’s Demand,the defined weight ratio should meet the actual combination of the above channel utilization,channel power,and the packet loss rate and weight of channel data transmission to achieve the transition from large-scale channel resources to larger-scale channel resources.(2)Taking channel resource quality assessment as the research object,channel quality assessment is performed on larger-scale channel resources.This research method combines the principle of spectrum sensing and uses gateways and cluster heads to perform online fusion sensing based on interference signals and error probability.Combined with the quantization criterion,construct an online queuing model,effectively sequence the channel sequence in various places,and form a reasonable and optimized channel perception matrix.In this paper,based on the online collection of multiple channel perception matrices,a precise channel optimization sequence is synthesized in real time,and the established mathematical model can be used to optimize and screen the reliability of the current channel to a large extent,which is consistent with the basic setting of the channel.The optimized channel resource allocation scheme in this paper has good stability and high operating efficiency,and greatly improves system-level reliability.(3)Taking the adjustment of channel resource allocation weight as the research object,this paper adjusts the initial expert opinion weight through genetic algorithm.After adjusting the weight ratio,the genetic algorithm will generate a set of optimal solutions to form a channel allocation scheme.Due to the fact that the external factors are in an uncontrollable state in the actual application,there are certain performance indicators with poor capability in this solution,and there are certain channel collision limits on the work of the main network system,which makes the system show a decline and unstable state,so after adjustment It is very important that the weighting scheme can bring benefits to the system.This paper introduces the feedback idea to feedback the weight gain of the real-time adjustment of the system.Considering that in the end,the higher the system-level reliability,the lower the system-level delay,the better.This problem belongs to the optimal value of the function,that is,within the region The optimal value is maximum and minimum.The problem of solving the optimal value of the function can be regarded as a problem of self-learning using reinforcement learning.With the reward of intensive learning,maximize the return of each plot.The initial allocation function will determine the actions and strategies of the next state according to the current returns,and realize the dynamic adjustment of the weights to obtain the maximum system-level reliability benefit and the minimum system-level delay benefit when the system is stable.
