| In the global passenger car market sales decline environment,M company,as a foreign-owned enterprise mainly engaged in the production of auto parts and components,has carried out a series of measures to improve the efficiency of operation and management in order to win the development space.Among them,the performance assessment of project manager is one of the most concerned contents of M company.Because,the project manager and his performance will directly affect the short-term operating efficiency and the long-term strategic implementation effect of M company.However,due to the influence of many factors,there are some problems in the performance evaluation of M company’s project manager,which directly leads to the low efficiency of the company’s project management,and then affects the sustainable development of M company.Based on this,this paper carries out relevant research on the topic of "Research on performance assessment optimization scheme of project manager of M company",which will create conditions for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of M company.The research process of this paper is to investigate the current situation of project management in M company,and then invite in-service project department personnel for interview.According to the results of theoretical analysis and interview information collection,the current scheme is optimized in terms of assessment content,assessment method,assessment cycle and assessment process.The specific contents include: to prepare a new performance assessment form for project manager;to re-establish the performance indicator,evaluation indicator and assessment cycle setting method;to add short-term p performance assessment process to the existing appraisal system.Finally,three safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme.In order to ensure the scientificity and logicality of the research and the effectiveness of the implementation of the optimization scheme.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,interview investigation and logical analysis to collect information,analyze theory,demonstrate reasoning and optimize design.And through the above methods,the research content of this paper has higher practical significance and reference value.At the same time,it contributes to the academic research related to performance assessment. |
