| At present,Chinese clean energy is developing rapidly,but in a certain period of time,coal resources are still an important source of energy in China.The clean and efficient utilization of coal resources has become the development direction of China’s energy strategy.With the concept of smart energy,smart power plant has become the next strategic target for the development of power plants.Production safety is the focus of power plant,the construction of smart power plant security system needs to be paid attention to.In recent years,the rapid development of big data,the Internet of Things,robotics and 5G technologies has also provided technical support for the construction of smart power plants.In this paper,based on the intelligent rectification design project of the660 MW thermal power Plant of Nanning Power,combining with the basic equipment of the plant and the current situation of the plant’s security,the research and engineering design of the plant’s intelligent security system are carried out.This paper firstly introduces the general theory and method of the traditional security system design of power plants by combining the design literature of the available security system of power plants and relevant national standards.Then,referring to the relevant experience of the construction of smart power plant and combining with the security situation of Nanning power plant,the overall implementation plan of the smart plant is put forward.This paper mainly designs the front-end system,integrated platform and security management system of smart plant.The front end system mainly designs the intelligent video monitoring system,the intelligent patrol inspection system,the personnel positioning system and the intelligent access control and the entrance vehicle management system.The integrated security platform integrates the existing security subsystem.The security management platform mainly designs the functions of four parts: three-dimensional visual control of security,security education and training management,security inspection management,and intelligent two-ticket management.Finally,the budget estimate of the whole system is given.The construction of smart power plant is a large project.Although there have been successful cases,the wisdom degree and construction direction of various power plants are different at present.The relevant design of this paper can provide reference for the intelligent construction of other power plants to a certain extent. |
