| With the rapid development of globalization,cross-border M & A has become an important way for enterprises to explore the international market,obtain high-quality resources,rapidly realize transformation and realize value creation.The state actively advocates one belt,one road,and the other two countries.The number and amount of transactions in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of mainland enterprises are significantly improved.However,in recent years,the global exchange rate has fluctuated greatly,and the Sino US trade war has led to the gradual decline of the economy.Cross border M & A has resulted in the loss of enterprise market value and the increase of M &a failure cases.Under the background of uncertain economic environment,this paper discusses how to arrange resources through continuous cross-border M & A and then carry out strategic layout,so as to increase long-term and short-term performance and create enterprise value.This paper selects Wolong group,a representative enterprise,as the research object to analyze its continuous cross-border M & A behavior in recent years.From the perspective of resource arrangement,this paper makes a dynamic analysis of its value creation process.This paper analyzes the short-term performance of Wolong group’s continuous cross-border M & A by using event research method,and concludes that the market is optimistic about its continuous crossborder M & A in the short term,and M & A can bring wealth to shareholders.This paper analyzes the long-term performance of Wolong group by means of financial performance analysis and principal component analysis,and concludes that Wolong group has expanded its market share in Europe and America through continuous cross-border mergers and acquisitions from 2011 to 2018,which has increased the production capacity and profitability of enterprises,and has a good long-term performance.Through continuous cross-border M & A,Wolong group has gradually realized its strategic goal of becoming an innovator and leader in the electrical equipment industry.It has obtained advanced motor production technology,new production equipment and production capacity,and acquired the production experience and advanced management mode of M & A enterprises.And expand the overseas market and cooperate with the target enterprises to obtain greater production capacity.It extends the upstream and downstream production chain of the motor industry and obtains more high-quality customers and market share.Thus,the enterprise obtains good longterm and short-term performance,which has a good reference value for other motor production enterprises. |
