With the intelligent and efficient development of flexible manufacturing system and the application of multi-AGV scheduling system,it can not only effectively improve the problems of high labor cost,poor flexibility of transfer tools,low efficiency and high error rate in traditional logistics storage center,but also improve the land utilization rate,improve the working environment of workers,especially for heavy equipment production logistics center,its safety and stability are very crucial.On the basis of the existing AGV,this paper studies and develops the AGV scheduling system based on the theoretical research of various aspects.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper studies the whole scheme of AGV system.This paper selects the topological map method to model the running environment of AGV.The combined system scheme of magnetic navigation and RFID positioning is designed,and the communication system scheme is formulated in combination with the complex field environment.Secondly,aiming at the single AGV path optimization problem,several commonly used path planning algorithms are studied and simulated.JPS algorithm is selected as the path planning algorithm through simulation experiments in this paper.At the same time,aiming at the problem of too many turns in the traditional JPS algorithm,an improved JPS algorithm is proposed.The simulation results show that the improved JPS algorithm is superior to the traditional JPS algorithm.Then,aiming at the problems of low efficiency and deadlock in multi-AGV system,this paper analyzes the common scheduling algorithms are analyzed,selects task priority scheduling algorithm,and a dynamic priority setting method is proposed to solve the problem of long task waiting time and low scheduling system efficiency.In order to avoid conflicts and deadlocks,a deadlock detection method based on path reservation chain is proposed,and a method combining dynamic task priority and resource point authorization is proposed to avoid conflicts and resolve deadlocks.Finally,on the basis of the above theory,an AGV scheduling system was developed based on King View platform,and multiple experiments were carried out in combination with the actual operation environment of the factory,which not only effectively ensured the smooth operation of multi-AGV,but also solved the conflictsand deadlocks in the operation process,and verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
