Precast reinforced concrete components(hereinafter referred to as PC components)are involved in the whole process of design、 production、transportation、installation。During the construction site,PC components arrive late,fail to arrive according to the expected target(including quality substandard、 quantity inaccurate、etc.)or the phenomenon of retention or rework occurs in the construction site,form in the construction progress perspective the PC components in the construction site inside and outside mismatch or inadequate matching,unbalanced reality.How will the supply of PC components affect the construction period? How to make PC components play a leading role in fabricated concrete structures? where is the conflict between the PC components in the construction site inside and outside,how to solve? In the perspective of schedule the matching of PC components inside and outside the construction site is dynamic,What is the matching mechanism?Based on the PC components,In the perspective of schedule,Aim to the PC components supply on time,quality and efficiency in the construction site.Firstly,through literature research,theoretical analysis and case analysis,the main influencing factors of the construction schedule of PC components in production,transportation and installation are summarized and sorted out,And establish a matching model from three aspects: resources,ability and behavior;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of professionals engaged in assembly structure research,data collection,and analysis screening and verification;After that,through the analysis of AHP and other in-depth analysis,determine each stage matching the relative important weight of the influencing factors,and through comprehensive analysis to sum up the key influencing factors;Thirdly,using qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the key improvement measures are put forward,the constraints are summed up,and the matching mechanism is analyzed;Finally,take a project in Qingdao as an example,Analysis of key improvement measures for matching inside and outside construction schedule of PC components,verify the validity and authenticity of the match.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Seven key influencing factors:PC component design or deepening design is unreasonable、Delays in site construction、Requirements change-Information communication is not smooth.Failure to arrive at PC Component Factory、The site is far from the project、Unreasonable supply plan for field material resources、Insufficient site construction stacking areas、Unreasonable construction site technical and management measures to cause rework。(2)Five key improvements: building standardization 、Deepening the staffing of designers and project coordinators、BIM Construction Simulation and Real-time Monitoring、Choice of PC component transporters、The Selection of PC Component Supplier.(3)Constraints: Process development、Technology management update and behavioral constraints.(4)Matching mechanism: Match dislocation → match return → match in place → match fit.From the point of view of PC component whole process,taking the construction schedule as the dimension,identify the key influencing factors of matching PC components inside and outside the construction site,and the matching mechanism is revealed.The current study focuses on a single stage of design,production,transport or installation,but based on the whole process of PC components,the impact on the progress of the construction is not comprehensive,lack of systematicness,local effectiveness in improving measures,but the overall application effect is not obvious.Research has important theoretical and practical significance,improve the overall construction rate,improve construction progress of fabricated concrete structures,helps with lean construction,significantly reducing the waste generated during construction,contribute to the growth of prefabricated units.To some extent,promote the popularization and application of PC structure.
