Research On Management Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Business Based On Process Control

At this stage,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,the Chinese government advocates the cultivation and promotion of the life cycle project consulting model.However,China’s practical exploration of the life cycle project consulting model is in the initial stage.The managers who carry out the life cycle project consulting lack the relevant professional knowledge and experience,and lack the timely control,supervision and evaluation of the construction process.At present,the evaluation application of project management is mostly the "post-evaluation" mode,which has certain limitations for the periodic evaluation of the life cycle project consulting business.Focusing on the above issues,this paper takes the life cycle project consulting as the research object,and introduces process control evaluation to improve the performance of the life cycle project consulting.First,according to the basic construction procedures of our project,the life cycle project consulting is divided into three stages: early stage,implementation stage,and completion acceptance,and the operating process of the life cycle project consulting service is analyzed in each stage,and the evaluation goals are established;then,according to The process control evaluation model completed the construction of process control evaluation indicators for the life cycle project consulting business.Finally,through the analysis and research of the evaluation object of each stage of the sub-process,an initial set of three stages was established,and the whole process was formed after screening.Engineering consulting business process control evaluation system,and gives a detailed description of each index and reference scoring standards.Taking the high-star hotel project as an example,the practical application of the life cycle project consulting process control evaluation system is demonstrated.In summary,based on the theory of process control,this paper uses literature review,work decomposition,analytic hierarchy process and other methods to discuss the management and control of the life cycle project consulting.It puts forward the life cycle project consulting process control evaluation system model and completes life cycle project consulting.The establishment of a business process control evaluation index list,and the practical application of the process evaluation analysis,to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the implementation of the life cycle project consulting business.
