Reseach Of Risk Assessment And Prevention Of Environmental Events In Undersea Tunnel Project

In recent years,with the rapid economic development in coastal areas,the construction of subsea tunnel also develops rapidly.The construction of subsea tunnel is different from that of land tunnel.The geological conditions at the bottom of the sea are generally more complex.The submarine tunnel project is usually faced with huge environmental disaster risk,and the degree of risk is much higher than that of the land tunnel.The technical approach and operation and maintenance of the subsea tunnel project construction project are complex and easy to cause environmental problems.How to do a good job in risk assessment and prevention and control measures of environmental incidents in subsea tunnel engineering has become a basic academic subject to be further studied and solved.Strict experience summary and technical regulations are required for risk assessment and prevention of environmental pollution in the project.According to the characteristics of subsea tunnel construction and operation,combined with the risk assessment and prevention experience of environmental pollution in construction and operation,this paper analyzes and studies the environmental risk events in the whole process of the planning,design,construction and operation of the subsea tunnel project,and establishes the risk assessment method and process of the impact of subsea tunnel construction on the environment It provides a reference for risk management and risk prevention.In the face of such a severe situation,it is necessary and urgent to carry out risk assessment and take scientific and reasonable avoidance measures for subsea tunnel engineering.Based on the reasoning thought of Bayesian network method,this paper adopts the risk probability model of quantitative analysis method to carry out environmental risk assessment,and the reference decomposition analysis method simplifies the complex risk research object,decomposes the large complex system into several small systems,and further identifies the complex risk of the large system,The fault tree analysis method and expert experience method of qualitative analysis method are used to carry out environmental risk assessment,which has certain practical significance for the prevention and control of environmental events in subsea tunnel engineering.The main conclusions are as follows1)This paper summarizes the characteristics of environmental incident risk management in subsea tunnel engineering.2)Combing the environmental risk assessment and management methods of subsea tunnel.3)The corresponding measures to prevent the environmental risks of the undersea tunnel project are put forward.
