| The Chinese government has always attached great importance to the role of science and technology in promoting the economy,and government intervention in the industry can be seen in every stage of China’s economic development.Especially in the period of economic transformation,the government will continue to guide the future development of some industries.In order to promote the promotion and development of emerging industries,the government departments will also design a series of institutional work to stimulate the investment and operation of enterprises.As a new strategic industry,new energy automotive industry can not only effectively reduce the pressure on energy and the environment,and to promote urgent task for the sustainable development of the auto industry,since 2009,to promote the development of new energy automotive industry,the government designed the system of diverse work,providing a large amount of subsidies,but in recent years,with the scope of subsidies and the amount of increase year by year,"seek subsidies","rely on subsidies" the phenomenon is also common.Although this phenomenon has aroused scholars’ research on the impact of institutional work on enterprise innovation,the actual incentive effect of institutional work on enterprise innovation input and output is still controversial in the real situation due to the single research perspective.Furthermore,although there are many research results on institutional work and enterprise innovation performance,the limitations of "black box" cannot be seen,and most studies still lack in-depth and systematic analysis on the mechanism of action.In addition,the existing empirical tests in China are mostly based on macro data to draw research conclusions,and there are still few studies on enterprise micro.So,does the system work have an impact on the innovation performance of new energy vehicle enterprises?Is there any difference in the influence of different types of institutional work on the innovative performance of new-energy automobile enterprises?And by what mechanism are they affected?How will new energy vehicle enterprises with different ownership properties respond to different types of institutional work?None of these problems has been solved.Aiming at the problems above,this article will work system is divided into construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work,according to the theory of system and technology innovation theory as the breakthrough point,to the enterprise r&d as intermediary and enterprise innovation performance in together,build a relatively complete research framework,to examine construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work play a role of lever to promote enterprise technology innovation theory mechanism.Considering the boundary conditions,this paper introduces the nature of enterprise ownership as a contingency factor,and analyzes the reflection mechanism of enterprises with different nature to different types of institutional work from the perspective of institutional logic.In the empirical analysis,this paper takes 276 new energy vehicle listed companies as samples and uses Stata14.0and other tools to conduct empirical research on the relationship between government subsidies and technological innovation of enterprises.Through theoretical and empirical discussion,this paper mainly draws the following research conclusions:First,the institutional work can work through innovation resources complementary mechanisms affecting the behavior of enterprise innovation,construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work are effectively improved the new energy automobile enterprise r&d input and innovation performance,and construction institutional work enterprises innovation input and output effect is superior to the acquisitive institutional work.Constructive institutional work in a timely manner to added new energy automobile enterprise own lack of innovation resources,R&D innovation activities to provide necessary funds for the enterprise,which reduces the enterprise itself the marginal cost of innovation efforts,uncertainty,to a certain extent,dispersing the risk of the enterprise innovation activities,thereby to enterprise’s innovation activities have a stronger role in promoting.Second,research and development is an important determinant of innovation output,and research and development investment plays a promoting role in the innovation performance of new-energy automobile enterprises.With the increase of research and development investment of new energy automobile enterprises,the new knowledge and new technology created by enterprises will increase,and the innovation ability will also be improved,thus bringing the increase of innovation output of new energy automobile enterprises.However,due to the periodicity of technological innovation activities,the positive promotion effect of enterprise R&D input on innovation output has a certain lag.Thirdly,the work design of government system can help enterprises overcome the shortage of short-term working capital,and use the surplus fund to supplement the expenditure of R&D,so as to improve the r&d level of enterprises,enhance their innovation activities,and promote the improvement of their innovation performance.Therefore,for new energy enterprises,the promotion effect of construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work on enterprise innovation performance is transmitted through enterprise R&D investment as an intermediary.Fourth,the nature of the ownership of enterprises for construction institutional work,acquisitive institutional work and enterprise r&d has a regulation,but the effect of different types of system working in heterogeneous enterprise exist significant differences between: compared with the state-owned enterprises,construction institutional work for private enterprises have the greater role in promoting innovation performance;Compared with private enterprises,acquisitive institutional work plays a stronger role in promoting the innovation performance of state-owned enterprises.Based on the construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work,r&d,innovation performance analysis of logic,this paper improved the system work research on the relationship between the enterprise innovation performance,has certain theoretical and practical value,specific displays in: first is to construct system work into construction institutional work and acquisitive institutional work,discuss the macro system to the enterprise innovation performance from the microscopic view,the influence of expands the research Angle of view,also enriched the work about the existing system and the enterprise innovation performance of empirical research.Second,from the perspective of institutional theory,this paper takes research and development investment as the intermediary variable and introduces the regulating variable to construct a relatively complete research framework on the impact of government subsidies on enterprise innovation performance,and deeply reveals the fundamental mechanism of institutional work’s impact on enterprise innovation performance.Third,based on the nature of enterprise ownership,it clarifies the situational factors of different types of institutional work affecting the innovative performance of new-energy automobile enterprises,and expands the existing research understanding on the boundary conditions of government subsidies. |
