| The construction of the prefabricated building can be completed the quickly and conveniently,and the construction waste and resource consumption in the construction process are less.It is not limited by the site conditions,so it has a good application prospect.In recent years,under the tide of rapid development of prefabricated buildings,a variety of different prefabricated structural systems have emerged.Among them,cold-formed thin-walled steel structure system has many advantages such as light weight,high strength and good seismic performance.And the code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is perfect and the application of it is more mature.But traditional cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is easy to corrode and heat preservation and sound insulation is poor,which make it uncomfortable.In order to improve its shortcomings,this paper proposed a new type of light steel structural system,namely fabricated composite light plate structure system with cold-formed framing and foamed concrete slabs and wallboards.The main load-bearing members of the system are composite floor and composite with cold-formed thin-walled framing and foamed concrete.Foamed concrete is filled in the cold-formed thin-walled steel frame to provide force,envelopment and insulation sound insulation,and the comfort has been greatly improved.In this paper,based on the tests of precast composite floor and composite lightweight wall,the flexural behavior of the floor and shear properties of the wall were further studied.Finite element software ABAQUS was used for modeling and analysis of composite floor and wall,and the accuracy of the model was verified by combining test phenomena and test data,based on which the influences of different loading modes,whether to fill the foamed concrete or not and the wall thickness of cold-formed frame on the flexural capacity of composite floor were simulated and analyzed.And the the influences of the location of the anti-pulling parts,the strength of foam concrete,the location and area of the hole on the shear bearing capacity of the composite wall were also studied.The calculation method of the flexural capacity of composite floor and the simplified model of different failure stages of composite wall were studied.A two-story residential building was taken as an example to carry out seismic verification and some structural connection structures were given,which proved fabricated composite light plate structure system with cold-formed framing and foamed concrete studied in this paper had good seismic performance and met the requirement of code,which had good prospects of application in engineering. |
