| At present,the informationization development of China’s construction industry is in its infancy,so the specific application of information technology in the construction industry needs to be studied in depth.As an important technical support in the process of informationization in the construction industry,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has played a powerful role in the cost management of construction projects,and is a booster in the development of China’s cost management informationization.At the same time,project cost control is an important part of construction project management,which is directly related to the economic interests of the participants of the project.Therefore,this paper takes the whole life cycle cost control of construction projects as the research point,introduces BIM technology into the whole life cycle cost control of construction projects,and studies the practical application of BIM technology in construction project cost control.Firstly,the paper analyzes the connotation and development process of BIM.BIM is defined as a form of information integration and operation of the whole life cycle of a construction project by means of a digital model.It also deeply analyzes the connotation of the whole life cycle management thought,the main content and characteristics of cost control,and defines the concept of life cycle cost control.Secondly,based on the shortcomings in the traditional cost control work,the five core functions of BIM are analyzed: visualization,parametric modeling,collision checking,virtual construction,information integration and interaction.At the same time,based on the application status of BIM in cost control,the application advantages of BIM technology in information expression,emulation,information integration and sharing,and accumulation and sharing of historical data are studied.Then,combined with the core functions of BIM,this paper analyzes the element management mode,application subject and application authority of BIM information integration platform shared by the participants,and establishes the life cycle cost control mode of the project with BIM information integration platform as the core.The specific implementation process of BIM in the decision-making,design,construction,completion and operation phases is elaborated.Finally combined with the specific actual engineering case,the application effect of the cost control mode based on BIM information integration platform are demonstrated from the decision-making,design,construction to the final completion stage of the construction project.It provides theoretical support for the efficiency,precision and informationization of construction project industry cost control. |
