| With the acceleration of the industrial process,the application of mechanical equipment has become more and more widespread,and the mechanical fault diagnosis technology has also been attached importance to and developed.More and more enterprises and scientific research institutions have applied it to the actual production and work.The application of mechanical fault diagnosis technology can not only reduce the economic loss of industrial production,but also reduce the probability of accidents and protect the safety of life and property of related workers.As the main part of the equipment,about 30% of the equipment faults are directly or indirectly related to the rolling bearing.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the necessary fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.In order to carry out reasonable fault detection for rolling bearings,this paper studies the two working conditions of bearing’s uniform speed and variable speed respectively.Firstly,this paper introduces the fault mechanism of rolling bearing,and the diagnosis methods such as time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis and order-ratio analysis under the operating condition of variable speed.Manufacturer based on the actual situation and requirements,from the perspective of economy,real-time and safety considerations,choice is given priority to with vibration analysis method,the temperature test is complementary detection method,and select the variable speed under the condition of no tachometer order ratio analysis method,to determine the main function of the system design,summed up the main points of the design and the difficulties and countermeasures are presented.Secondly,based on the LabVIEW platform developed include user login,the sensors management,the waveform diagram analysis and sensor status and alarm and so on eight major module of the rolling bearing fault diagnosis system,the system can realize the fault alarm,primary diagnosis,secondary diagnosis,historical data query,uniform speed and variable speed conditions of waveform analysis and so on six big function.Then,the design idea of the system is introduced,and the relevant functions are completed to realize the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.In the design,the system stores the data returned from the sensor,calculates the intensity value by calculating the root mean square value of the data,and USES the ISO2372 standard or the manufacturer’s custom standard to determine the real-time fault grade of the intensity value,and completes the vibration alarm and temperature alarm for the fault detection point.The data can be analyzed in time domain,frequency domain,envelope waveform,vibration trend and temperature trend through the state identification of the corresponding sensor.The instantaneous frequency was obtained through EMD decomposition and Hilbert transformation under the operating condition of variable speed,and the speed was estimated.Then,the rotational speed information was re-sampled from an equal Angle to obtain the order ratio spectrum,and the order ratio analysis was conducted without tachometer.Finally,the system is applied to the experimental hardware platform to complete the experimental test of the system.After the actual test and debugging,all the modules of this system can operate normally,can quickly analyze and process the data sent back by sensors,identify the fault bearing in time,and alarm and analyze in the main interface,realizing the design of the rolling bearing fault detection system based on vibration analysis. |
