| The heat dissipation system of an engine is an extremely complex cycle system,and there are many factors affecting the heat dissipation efficiency of an engine.The improvement of heat dissipation efficiency of an engine will greatly increase the performance of the engine.Study the contents of this paper is originated from dalian locomotive vehicle co.,LTD.,the study of shunting locomotive cooling system,based on the actual model of the locomotive and all aspects of the data,factors that may influence the efficiency of the engine cooling system analysis,to explore the factors of the influence of different values for the engine cooling system,which can be found to improve the efficiency of the engine system,the method of the main content of the following:(1)Each part of the cooling system of diesel locomotive was studied,the main calculation parameters for the locomotive cooling system were analyzed,and the one-dimensional platform was established in the FLOWMASTER platform.The basic design data of the locomotive cooling system and the experimental data provided by the laboratory were integrated and input into the corresponding parts in FLOWMASTER software to complete the construction of a one-dimensional operating platform and analyze the running status of the locomotive under the rated state.(2)The water pump is designed to be driven by an independent motor when other data under the rated condition of the locomotive is kept unchanged.When the pump speed is lower than the rated state of the pump speed,the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the water jacket is large,the heat taken away is not high,cooling effect is not very ideal;When the pump speed is higher than the rated speed,the inlet and outlet temperature difference of the engine water jacket is smaller,the heat dissipation is also improved,and the cooling effect is better.Therefore,the pump can be considered to be independent to improve the speed of the pump to improve the performance of the locomotive cooling system.(3)Under the rated load,the intake temperature of the radiator is 15 ~ 40℃,and the heat exchange efficiency of the radiator is 0.64 and 0.7 for analysis.When the air inlet temperature of the radiator is 40℃ and the efficiency of the radiator is 0.64,the circulating water temperature is too high and the heat dissipation of the radiator is very small,while the efficiency of the radiator at 0.7 can basically meet the heat dissipation requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to appropriately improve the heat exchange efficiency of the radiator to meet the cooling requirements of the locomotive under high temperature environmental conditions.(4)Under the rated load,take the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator as 0.54 ~ 0.7 for analysis.When the heat sink heat dissipation efficiency is too low,the engine outlet temperature reaches more than 100℃;When the radiator efficiency is greater than 0.64,the inlet and outlet water temperature in engine thermal balance is lower than 90℃,which can meet the cooling requirements.Considering the high temperature environment in summer,the inlet air temperature increases and the heat dissipation of the radiator is insufficient,the efficiency of the radiator can be appropriately improved to over 0.68.But the efficiency of radiator should not be too high,otherwise it will cause excessive cooling of the engine. |
