Under the background of urban rail transit network operation and development, the contradiction between the multi-path accessible travel conditions and the change of travel demand growth rate and transportation supply increases the complexity and uncertainty of rail transit travel environment. The traditional analysis of passengers’ travel behavior under the condition of independent travel path can not meet the research of passengers’ travel behavior in rail transit travel system after the network environment changes,so it is necessary to include the investigation of passengers’ travel path choice behavior in complex environmental problems. From the perspective of passengers as "adaptive rational people",when "adaptive rational people" face the changes of complex environment, the characteristics of behavior decision-making changes reflect the performance of human learning behavior stimulated by learning mechanism. When the travel environment of rail transit changes, passengers start learning mechanism under the effect of their own cognitive structure to cope with the changes, and finally act on new travel decisions,so repeatedly. Therefore, the learning behavior of passengers plays an important role in the process of travel path decision-making.There is not a suitable theory to explain the learning behavior of passengers in the traditional traffic planning field,so this study intends to introduce two important concepts "belief" and "preference" in the field of psychology and behavior game to explain the learning behavior of passengers in the rail transit travel environment.Based on the above background and practical needs, the research topic is put forward in the real situation.Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant psychological theories of "belief" and "preference",and concludes that "preference" and "belief" jointly act on the cognitive decision-making behavior of individuals, while learning model provides a more reasonable mathematical explanation for characterizing this mode of action. Then, this psychological theory is brought into the specific research problems, and the relationship between the belief adjustment and preference renewal of the passenger triggered learning mechanism and the actual path decision-making behavior in the complex and uncertain rail transit travel environment is explained from the individual micro and individual macro perspectives. In theory, the applicability of using learning model to embed psychological knowledge to analyze passenger travel path decision-making is proved, and the results of SP survey prove that cumulative updating of travel experience and real-time information introduction will indeed have an impact on path decision-making.Finally,according to the general actual situation of rail transit travel, the income function of the existing EWA learning model is updated to make it more suitable for analyzing the path selection changes of urban rail passengers under the condition of real-time passenger flow information input in dailychanging travel, and the changes of individual travel rules and individual macro aggregate passenger flow rules are analyzed in the form of simulation, and the on-the-road rule changes are obtained The learning characteristics of passengers cannot be ignored in the analysis of path selection behavior. It is of great significance to grasp the influence of change disturbance on individual travel preference,to guide passengers to travel,to balance the road network passenger flow, and to implement flexible operation management measures.
