| As an efficient and fast means to overcome the high water level difference of navigation rivers in the water transportation field,vertical ship lifts have become a major form of navigable buildings with their unique technical advantages such as less water consumption,faster running speed,less height adjustment and better technical and economic indicators.In recent years,with the increasing scale of hydropower construction,the technical requirements of vertical ship lifts are getting higher and higher and the coupling between the structures of the vertical ship lift is getting stronger and stronger.The hydraulic system,acting as a power supply system for the vertical ship lift,even comes with a small failure,are highly prone to chain-chain reactions between subsystems.Therefore,analyzing the chain-chain reaction process of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of the vertical ship lift.First of all,the internal relationship between the respective subsystems of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system and its structural components is discussed in depth by analyzing the working principle of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system.A chain-chain reaction network for the hydraulic system failure of the vertical ship lift is constructed by studying the fault propagation process of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system.Secondly,the failure process of the hydraulic system of the vertical ship lift is analyzed from two angles: the brittleness source identification of the hydraulic system of the vertical ship lifter considering the brittleness correlation and the importance of the node,and the fault propagation of the hydraulic system of the vertical ship lift based on the fuzzy Petri net Process analysis.Through the analysis of the fault source,propagation process and fault results of the fault chain chain reaction of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system,the hydraulic system fault of the vertical ship lift can be deeply analyzed to prevent the fault from occurring at the source,cut off the fault propagation process,and alleviate the fault.The consequences will eventually reach the goal of reducing the loss of the fault.Finally,through the application of the Three Gorges shiplift project,the failure process of the hydraulic system of the vertical ship lift is analyzed from the brittle source,fault propagation process and the consequences of the fault,which further explains the applicability of the research method.This research can restrain the chain cascading failure of the vertical ship lift hydraulic system,which has certain guiding significance for reducing the probability of vertical ship lift failure,reducing the loss loss and improving the operation and management level of the vertical ship lift. |
