| Super long cable structure has been widely used in practical engineering,such as cable of super long span cable-stayed bridge,main cable and suspender of suspension bridge,large span transmission line,etc.because of its large flexibility and small structural damping,super long cable structure is easy to vibrate greatly under the action of wind load,wind rain or other dynamic loads,resulting in fatigue damage of cable structure or its supporting structure,which brings social and economic benefits.People’s lives and property have serious consequences.For the vibration control of super long cable structure,the existing vibration reduction technology is still difficult to meet the requirements.The accidents of tower fall and line break caused by the vibration of iced transmission line,the vibration of super long stay cable and the vibration of super long suspension bridge are still reported every year.In this paper,damping cable energy dissipation measures are used to suppress the vibration of super long cable structure through theoretical analysis and test.The main research contents include:1.On the basis of a large number of literature reading,the vibration and vibration reduction status of cable structures at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.2.The theoretical model of damping cable vibration reduction of cable structure is established.The relationship between the maximum damping ratio of cable structure and the installation position,inclination angle and viscous coefficient of damping cable is analyzed in different modes of vibration.The optimal design formula of damping cable vibration reduction is put forward.3.The cable structure damping cable model test is carried out,and the relationship between cable structure and damping cable installation position,span,dip angle,damper viscosity coefficient is studied.The comparison analysis with the theoretical analysis results verifies the damping cable to cable structure damping theory and parameter optimization theory.4.The numerical simulation analysis based on ANSYS software is carried out and compared with the experimental and analytical results.The damping effect of the cable structure with damping cable is verified again.Then,the single span transmission line damping cable model is established and the applicability of damping cable to the vibration reduction of super long cable structure is analyzed. |
