| In many components of diesel engine,the connecting rod is a very important part,which can not only transfer the force from the piston,but also change the form of motion,which plays a decisive role in the normal operation of diesel engine.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the stiffness,strength and fatigue life of connecting rod for the safe operation of diesel engine.The deformation of connecting rod will affect the normal operation of crankshaft connecting rod system,resulting in increased vibration and noise of diesel engine.In this paper,a type of inline six-cylinder diesel engine connecting rod as the research target,through professional commercial entity modeling software to establish the machine drive system geometric model,simplifies the analysis in the process of modeling is not pay attention to the parts,such as the crank pin and piston pin,in order to more accurate simulation of the connecting rod stress distribution,and the method of using various contacts as simulate various components of the actual situation.The static simulation,modal analysis and fatigue life analysis of the connecting rod were carried out under the conditions of maximum tension and maximum compression.After analyzing the results of the static simulation analysis,the dangerous parts of the connecting rod with high stress and the deformation of the small hole of the connecting rod are given.By analyzing the results of modal analysis,the frequency of the lower order modes of the connecting rod is found out,and the resonance of the connecting rod is excluded.The fatigue life of connecting rod is calculated by analyzing the results of fatigue life analysis,which accords with the design requirements of diesel engine.Due to the engine connecting rod on the finite element analysis of domestic and foreign gap lies in the use of dynamic analysis methods,domestic widely used finite element analysis was carried out on the connecting rod under the extreme condition,the internal combustion engine in the process of actual operation has certain error,foreign analysis in this aspect have been generally begin to use based on the coupled analysis of multi-body dynamics,more practical cases diesel engine movement of internal parts.So,in this paper,on the basis of calculating statics analysis,by using the multi-body dynamics analysis of the coupled method to calculate the connecting rod in diesel engine of the four-stroke cycle which is a complete cycle of stress distribution,the results of analysis of statics and dynamics analysis through the contrast and analysis of statics analysis and dynamic analysis results have differences,provide experience for after the relevant aspects of the engineering application. |
