As one of the important parts of the automobile,the hub bearing mainly transmits power and reduces the friction of the rotating pair.The quality of the hub bearing plays a key role in the performance of the vehicle,and it also directly affects the motion performance,comfort,safety and reliability of the car.Research work was carried out on the wear failure of the wheel hub bearing of electric vehicles in this paper,proposed to use power ultrasonic technology to realize suspension friction reduction of the vehicle shaft with spline,and completed the structural design and theoretical calculation of the wheel hub bearing unit,and verified the rationality of the project of the ultrasonic suspension wheel hub bearing through finite element simulation analysis.In this paper,the characteristics of ultrasonic suspension and the influence of ultrasonic vibration on friction coefficient are briefly described,and the development of ultrasonic suspension bearing is described.The hub bearing unit of an electric vehicle is selected as the research object and the overall structural design scheme is analyzed.Refer to the structure of the outer flange of the hub bearing,design the axle box device;The hub bearing unit auxiliary part is designed in conjunction with the vehicle suspension system,including steering knuckles,shock absorbers,upper and lower fork arms,brakes,wheels and protective cover.The related theory of piezoelectric transducer,piezoelectric materials,its performance parameters and vibration modes are introduced in detail.Based on the one-dimensional longitudinal vibration theory,the sandwich piezoelectric transducer was designed and calculated,and the composite conical radial head structure was designed and the relevant dimension parameters were determined.The modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the piezoelectric transducer are carried out by using the finite element software.On the basis of load analysis of hub bearing and load calculation formula of automobile tire,combined with relevant parameters of selected electric vehicles,four calculation conditions of hub bearing can be obtained.Under four working conditions of full axle load,the static strength of axle box is analyzed.Under the same working load,the static strength of the whole axle box with complete assembly was analyzed,and the analysis results all met the mechanical requirements.Through the above simulation analysis,the reliability of the design scheme is verified.
