The “Belt and Road” initiative has built a bridge between China and the Eurasian region,stepped up its opening to the outside world,conducted international cooperation in an orderly manner,and steadily promoted political,economic,and cultural exchanges with people around the world.It is an all-round and multi-faceted major measure to help China’s prosperity,sustainable and rapid development.As a key factor to promote the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative,China-Europe trains are promoting infrastructure construction with the countries along the route,improving the level of interconnection and interconnection,accelerating the development of foreign trade and economic cooperation,cultivating China’s new economic growth point,and promoting the rapid development of China-Europe trains Etc.have a positive effect."Mountains must be viewed horizontally," while seeing the results of China-Europe trains,we should also pay attention to a series of issues that arise at the historic moment.The unreasonable operation mode,the serious repetition of the development lines of neighboring provinces and cities,the vicious competition between the operating platforms of the trains,and the insufficient supply of goods and other issues have prevented the overall operating costs of the China-Europe trains from being optimized.This article focuses on the following aspects of the China-Europe class opening plan.First,this article describes the current status of China-Europe trains.A detailed analysis of the construction of the China-Europe trains,the main lines of operation,the cities of operation,the mode of operation,and the transportation organization are carried out to make clear the "bottleneck" of China-Europe trains at the current development stage.Secondly,based on the fuzzy-mean clustering analysis,the central European central train planning model was established.Correlation analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of China-Europe train assembly center,and an index system of fuzzy clustering is constructed.Based on the theoretical basis of fuzzy cluster analysis,by running the analysis on MATLAB software,the China-Europe train assembly center is selected,and 7 cities including Urumqi,Zhengzhou,Wuhan,Changsha,Chengdu,Chongqing and Xi’an are selected as the China-Europe train Alternative assembly center.Third,build a multi-objective optimization model of the China-Europe train schedule.Considering the two factors of transportation cost and transportation time,it is proposed to establish an optimization model of the scheme of travel and design a particle swarm algorithm to obtain the optimal solution under the cooperative operation of the direct travel mode and the transit mode transited through the assembly center.Finally,an example analysis.This article takes the actual data of the domestic CEIBS train city to Hamburg,Germany as an example for example analysis to verify the effectiveness of the CEIBS train plan under the cooperative operation of the direct travel mode and the transit operation mode of the assembly center,which is solved by MATLAB programming.In the end,we got the development plan in line with the current development status of China-Europe trains.
