With the continuous development of modern aerospace technology,flight control system as the core of aircraft on-board systems,has become more and more complex.However,manual test of flight control system depends on the experience of workers,which is difficult to ensure synchronization,coordination and standardization of the test.With the development of flight control system test tending to digitization,the functional inspection of China’s flight control system is gradually transitioning from manual test to digital test.During this process,the problems caused by multi-source heterogeneous data in the flight control system test are gradually exposed.The principles,processes and test equipment of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage were analyzed.According to the Multi-source heterogeneous data problems during the test,a Multi-source heterogeneous data integration service based on REST(Representational State Transfer)architecture was designed and implemented.The main research contents and work of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the source and influence of multi-source heterogeneous data of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage were analyzed.The definition of REST architecture and its application of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage were explained.A multisource heterogeneous data integration test platform for flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage was constructed,and multi-source heterogeneous data integration service was designed.Secondly,the integration service for the multi-source heterogeneous data of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage was implemented.Data exchange with device data view layer was implemented based on Java Script Object Notation(JSON),so that the server could indirectly control the test equipment through the unified device data view.Then,the multi-source heterogeneous data integration service of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage was implemented hierarchically.The automatic allocation of test equipment was realized using the backtracking pruning algorithm.Finally,the atmospheric data excitation equipment,single-axis rate turntable,and radio altimeter exciter were taken as examples to test the function of configuration file writing,device allocation and device data view layer request of the multi-source heterogeneous data integration service of flight control system digital test in the final assembly stage.The feasibility of the multisource heterogeneous data integration service based on REST architecture was preliminarily verified.
