Statistics show that the transmission difference caused by gas leakage and embezzlement accounts for about 5% every year, which causes huge economic losses. With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process, the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, and the continuous improvement of natural gas in the energy consumption structure, the state has issued "natural gas pipeline transportation price management measures(Trial)","natural gas pipeline transportation pricing cost supervision measures(Trial)" and "guidance on strengthening gas distribution price supervision" and other policy documents to strengthen the gas price determination In principle, the transmission gap should not exceed5% and be reduced to no more than 4% within three years. However, due to the concealment of buried pipeline network,it is difficult to find out the situation of corrosion leakage and private connection and embezzlement. If the large-scale detection and investigation is carried out,the corresponding cost is huge, and the effective monitoring means are lacking or the monitoring system investment is very large. Therefore,it is a more economical or practical method to find the abnormal gas transmission and distribution system through calculation and analysis combined with the existing monitoring resource utilization data.In this paper, through the actual pressure monitoring of some pipe sections, the dynamic hydraulic situation is reversely deduced to confirm the theoretical flow.By comparing with the flow measurement at the known gas end of the branch pipe network, the hydraulic calculation and analysis of the pipe network pressure loss are carried out,and the calculation model is established and the error range is analyzed,so as to evaluate the operation of the pipeline network and actively find the gas pipeline network If the pressure loss is abnormal, reduce the scope of investigation, and carry out local exploration to find out the private connection or abnormal situation of buried pipe network. |
